24/06/2026: I was blown away by the warm welcome and impeccable service at "Bordeaux Parme" in Bordeaux. The atmosphere is pleasant and the setting is elegant. The value for money is more than reasonable. There's virtually no wait and the cleanliness is spotless.

19/09/2026: We decided to go to this café, which seemed very charming and welcoming. As soon as we walked in, the waiter didn't greet us and curtly told us to sit down. After 15 minutes, we still hadn't been given a menu, while other customers who arrived after us were. When a woman approached the counter, the waiter told her sharply that he'd rather she sit down than be in his way. We didn't even feel like ordering; we preferred a more welcoming place elsewhere.

17/09/2026: Discovered this café with its cozy atmosphere. The coffee was delicious, and so were the pastries. We'll be back.

03/09/2026: I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars in my memory, but it's not nice to have closed permanently without warning anyone, without a notice on the door or on social media. It's rather disrespectful to the customers who came regularly. La Bastide is in mourning.

26/07/2026: We went to this restaurant as a family this evening to celebrate a birthday. After waiting over an hour for someone to take our order, and then another hour before being served, we waited almost two hours before we could even start eating. We had ordered beef tartare. Leaving aside the taste of the food, there's a lot to say. We found a hair in one of our plates. In another, we had ordered a piece of beef, but the meat served was actually veal. When we pointed this out to the waitress, we were assured it was indeed beef. After checking, it turned out to be veal. The kitchen staff then had the nerve to reply in a very inappropriate tone: "If I tell you it's beef, it's beef." A completely disrespectful response to customers who had remained polite throughout. Sometimes you need to be able to question yourself, Madam. We never attacked you; we simply pointed out that we were served the wrong dish. So we decided to return the dish and leave it at that. When we simply remarked that the service was very slow, we were told, "Yes, but it's 35 degrees Celsius in the kitchen." Yet the restaurant was practically empty. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I can assure you that 35 degrees Celsius in a kitchen is perfectly normal. I would even go so far as to say it's rather bearable. You might think I'm exaggerating, but unfortunately, everything I'm saying is true. A little advice for the kitchen staff: accept criticism, especially when it's given politely. Criticism isn't always an attack; it can also lead to improvement. Finally, to top it all off, we had brought our own birthday cake. Despite the appalling service, we were still charged €3 per slice of cake. Unfortunately, we left extremely disappointed. It was, by far, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in Bordeaux. I will never go back and I absolutely do not recommend it.

09/10/2026: A fantastic experience at La Mama! The food was truly excellent, everything was delicious, and the dishes arrived piping hot and quickly. The eggplant mille-feuille and the carbonara were absolutely incredible! The servers are lovely, very kind and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is superb; the restaurant was quite full, but despite the crowd, the noise level remained perfectly reasonable, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal. This was my second time at La Mama, and I'm still not disappointed—quite the opposite! I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the food and for the warm welcome and atmosphere. I will definitely be back! ❤️

25/09/2026: Run away, you fool! This isn't a pizzeria anymore, it's a snack bar. I don't understand why the new owners kept the name Enzo? Pizzas, burgers, kebabs, crostini... I don't recommend it, not even to my worst enemy!

21/09/2026: I’m not sure how many of the positive reviews here are actually about the pizza, because the pizza itself was mediocre at best. Some very basic pizza fundamentals seem to have been forgotten. The base was oddly sweet and clearly under-fermented, with none of the flavour or texture you would expect from a properly made pizza. And putting whole pitted olives on a pizza is something I have honestly never come across in a decent Italian pizzeria. I can’t comment on the rest of the menu, but based on the pizza alone, there was very little that felt genuinely Italian about this place.

04/05/2026: I've been going there for almost 10 years, for lunch or a drink after work, which sometimes ends in the evening, and it's always a pleasant experience. Good prices, relaxed atmosphere, and Sami, the owner, is always welcoming. And since I'm leaving the neighborhood for the south of France, I'm finally taking the time to leave a review!

18/09/2026: Nice atmosphere. Very ordinary service; the waiter wasn't very friendly. My veal Milanese was without sauce, so very dry. Served with penne instead of linguine as usual. Not very good. I don't recommend it.

13/09/2026: The staff is professional and friendly. The pizzas are good, with a soft, chewy crust and a satisfying filling. The pasta is melt-in-your-mouth tender.

13/06/2026: We had two smoothies for 12€ and they tasted like chemicals. The 'fresh smoothie' came from a carton box and was poured in some sort of smoothie machine. It tasted horrible, exactly like plastic. I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a single vitamin in it 😂

29/05/2026: May 29, 2026, 3:58 PM Heatwave, 37 degrees Celsius outside. The waitress: Have you decided? Us: Not yet, we're looking at the menu. Could you bring us a bottle of water and three glasses while we choose? The waitress: Oh no, sorry, I'll be finished in two minutes. I'll take everyone's order at once or nothing at all, but I don't have time. Two minutes later, she left the restaurant without taking our order and without water, of course. Luckily, the next waiter she left behind was more pleasant and smiling; no complaints about him. I just want to highlight the unprofessionalism of this young woman, who was clearly in a hurry to finish her shift.
