30/09/2026: A great place to take a break on the beautiful Rue Note Dame de Chartrons in Bordeaux. Very good food and very friendly service.

29/09/2026: A great spot for Italian food fans. The truffle pasta is good, but it used to be better. The prices are what they are, for a location on Rue Notre Dame. Overall, the service was good. But it's strange that the restaurant was closed for part of the summer; we were unlucky and got caught in the rain. The waitress was slow to take our order, and our dishes were quite soggy. The tiramisu wasn't the dessert of the century; it was a bit disappointing, and we won't be ordering it again.

21/07/2026: WOW. Run don’t walk. They opened at noon on our last day in Bordeaux and we stopped by on the way out of town. By 12:30 there was a line out the door. WORTH THE WAIT! We bought six different flavors. So delicious, great ingredients and flavor combos, crispy and light, not dense. I’m gluten free and because they ferment their dough for so long I had no issues and didn’t feel full after two pieces. No seating, just grab and go, perfect for a picnic. To the owners and chefs: thank you for this delicious food and for being so kind to us!

06/09/2026: The pizzas are innovative and the dough is very good. However, the pizzas themselves were, in our opinion, rather bland and not very flavorful (pistachio and smoked pizzas), and the pistachio pizza was dripping with oil. I would have liked a meat option, but everything was vegetarian, and the price was quite high.

12/10/2026: I think I've eaten in many restaurants. But I wanted to return to Lume because it was, for me, the best restaurant I'd ever eaten at. The menu featured ingredients I don't usually love. And wow, once again, I was blown away. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive: an intimate setting, few tables so everyone has their own space, and a simple yet very attentive welcome. And then the journey begins! Innovative dishes, daring combinations and compositions. The flavor of each ingredient, each spice, bursts delicately in the mouth. The wines suggested to accompany this menu are perfect, the pairings meticulously crafted. We left the table completely satisfied and without wanting to eat again, unlike sometimes in fine dining establishments. Cooking is an art. But the chef at Lume has gone even further... Congratulations to you both for what you've created. A magical place hidden in Bordeaux.

10/10/2026: A Michelin star more than deserved, and a true one-way ticket to Italy! I'd barely returned from Sicily, already nostalgic for its flavors, its sunshine, and its cuisine… I had to find a way to extend the trip! And what a wonderful discovery the TentaziOni restaurant was! From the very first bites, I rediscovered that little taste of Italy I'd been missing so much. Absolutely delicious pasta, which I'm already thinking about, a delicate pre-dessert, and, to finish in style, an apple-based dessert that will stay with me for a long time! Even the wines transport you, with an entirely Italian selection. It's a real joy to be able to escape so far without leaving France! And because a great experience isn't just about what's on the plate, a special mention goes to the lady with the short hair, whose name I regret not asking. Her kindness and attentiveness made this moment even more enjoyable. I came looking for a little bit of Italy, I left wanting to come back.

28/09/2026: We called into Le Bistro Rigoletto by chance on a Saturday evening and were very lucky to get a table! What a great find. The food was excellent, good wine, and the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and had a great buzz to it. They also have a fantastic €19 menu deal, which is great value. We had the antipasti and charcuterie plates to start, followed by pizzas, everything was delicious — lovely food and the pizzas so thin with a great flavour. A really enjoyable evening from start to finish. We’re so glad we stumbled across this place and would definitely recommend it if you’re in Bordeaux! 🍕🍷✨

21/08/2026: We want to especially highlight that the food is excellent, the portions are generous, and the service is very friendly, but above all, we want to thank them for the fact that, obviously by mistake, they forgot our adult dishes yesterday when we ate with our three children. The children ate very well, but almost an hour later we were still waiting. As soon as we pointed out that this wasn't normal, they realized. They served the food, which was very late, and it was excellent. The bill didn't include charges for the adult dishes or the wines we ordered to accompany them. We greatly appreciate the apology and the thoughtful gesture. Anyone can make a mistake, but this kind of consideration isn't common everywhere. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!
