A family atmosphere just the way we like it, a warm welcome that immediately puts you at ease, and the dishes… let's be honest: as generous as they are delicious 😄 (we left happy… and very satisfied!). All this at more than reasonable prices, which is becoming rare these days. A big thank you to the whole team for your kindness and good humor. We will gladly return… and probably with even more appetite next time!

28/02/2026: Very expensive. The cappuccino was nothing special, and the tiramisu was €5.50 to take away and €8 if you eat in. Better to go to Mokka, which is 100 meters away.

08/03/2026: We had a wonderful time. The wood-fired pizzas were delicious, as were the pasta dishes for the children and the risotto for our eldest. The waitress was very welcoming. The food arrived quickly. For dessert, we chose a daily special, which was made fresh to order. The Sicilian pistachio specialty was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The family-friendly atmosphere is particularly noteworthy. The staff is attentive and great with children, which made the visit very relaxing. Overall, a cozy ambiance with good service – we'll gladly come back!

26/04/2026: We came on a Sunday for an ice cream outing. We found the interior lacking in decoration; it was very rustic and not particularly welcoming. We were served quickly, but the ice cream was surprisingly expensive for what we received.

26/04/2026: We arrived in the early afternoon and surprisingly it was quiet, so we were served quickly and the ice cream and milkshake were excellent. There was a wide variety of ice creams to choose from.

05/12/2025: We waited outside for over half an hour because the entrance is a staircase leading to the basement. We could understand that given the time of year. What was intolerable was the waiter's behavior: blond, young, and utterly rude. When we asked him why we had to share a table with four other people, something we wouldn't have minded, he started speaking rudely to us, took our cutlery, kicked us out of the restaurant, and let the next customers in as if nothing had happened, after all the waiting. He even made obscene gestures while I was holding my baby. It was absolutely shameful. This individual shouldn't be working in customer service: disgraceful, aggressive, and completely disrespectful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE WITH CHILDREN.

22/04/2026: A very warm welcome with quick and efficient service, not to mention an excellent lunch at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it, as I've returned several times since, including for dinner like tonight. The pleasure of sharing such a meal was unanimously appreciated by the four of us.

17/04/2026: The food took a little while to arrive, even with the aperitif. The pizzas were generous with a good crust. We discovered a Spritz with violet. One small drawback: we were politely informed that they closed at 2:15 pm!

30/09/2025: I went to get a pizza (which was good, by the way 🍕), but I'm mainly leaving with… a new family legacy. The 1.25L bottle of Coke: €6.50. In comparison, at Carrefour, the same bottle costs around €1.80. But hey, this is clearly a vintage bottle. I'm looking forward to the guided tasting with a Coca-Cola sommelier. At that price, I didn't just buy a soft drink; I invested in my children's future. I immediately called my notary to include this bottle in my will. From now on, the family inheritance will no longer consist of a house and an old car, but of a still-unopened Coke that will increase in value over time.

14/03/2026: Excellent experience at Francesca's in Colmar! It's a wonderful and welcoming place where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is friendly, and you can tell that everything is done to ensure customers have a great time. A huge thank you to the owner, who is incredibly kind. The welcome is genuine and attentive, and it truly makes all the difference. And of course, the food is superb: delicious, generous dishes, prepared with care. I've practically made it my regular spot; it's always a pleasure to go back. I highly recommend it!

22/12/2025: I made a mistake in my order and asked if it was possible to change my pizza because it contained pork. They refused, treating me like a bad customer. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Frankly, I don't recommend them at all; they clearly don't care about their customers. It's shameful.
