02/04/2024: Quite simply the best pizzas I have eaten so far. For any fan of thin crust pizzas, this is the ideal place! Every time I enter the restaurant, the unique smells of their paste and tomato sauce move me. When it comes to their pizzas, whether sophisticated, original or simple, Il Pizzaiolo always offers high quality dishes at a competitive price. You will find their creations there (special mention to the pumpkin cream pizza) but also their calzones! Have you ever seen calzones this big?! Well I do, at Il Pizzaiolo! The honey goat's cheese calzone, I have to talk about it... Finally a pizzeria that offers real honey! And not the honey sold for restaurateurs in a kind of shampoo bottle, you see? As for the rest of the menu, I haven't tasted it, but it won't be long... Anyway, it's all these little qualitative details coupled with the very reasonable price that made me understand that it's going to be very difficult to find better for this type of pizza. Because yes, as a good scientist, I have the reflex of always wanting to find something better than what works and if I don't succeed after 10 years, then that's a very good sign....

13/03/2024: Good restaurant where you can enjoy good pizza at a more than fair price-quality ratio. The dough is fine, the ingredients refined and the result exudes passion and a job well done. Small downside on the 4 cheeses which is not really one in reality but I am finicky, it was excellent. Too bad about the acoustics which are quite bad in the room, I will still go back with pleasure.

09/03/2024: Small place full of warmth and friendliness. The dishes are excellent and the desserts very generous. Being from Villeneuve I knew the excellent takeaway pizzas but I discovered it with pleasure inside. 23/02/2024: A superb meal! We went there thinking we would find savory crepes, but we weren't up to date (Google's fault!) because they haven't made them for years! On the other hand, pizza dough to die for! Just perfect cooking, not toasted! Very good starters, we enjoyed ourselves and we were able to finish with sweet pancakes despite everything! Thank you for this pleasant meal!

01/04/2024: Very unpleasant person! Gets the flavor wrong and doesn't even change the ice cream even though my girlfriend really doesn't like pistachio! This is unacceptable for the price of ice cream, I strongly advise against it!!!

28/02/2024: Integrated into the MO.CO cultural space, the restaurant and bar offer an enclosed space and a patio. The whole thing offers a real break from the rest of the city. The menu is well stocked and produced, the service friendly and professional. Don't hesitate to go there, for a drink or a meal, even if you don't visit the Museum area!

A smiling and pleasant service, a pleasant setting, a terrace... everything is there to enjoy and relax. Moreover...we don't quibble about the quantity. Attention! 15/09/2023: So what can I say about this experience... My wife and I were looking to taste some tapas, and saw this establishment, a quick look at the reviews convinced us to try it. Firstly it was extremely difficult to get a table, not that the restaurant was full but above all never open when we passed by (three times at noon and once in the evening), once it was open but at 8:50 p.m. the waiter told us was informed that the kitchen was closed... We were patient and planned an evening for this during the holidays and by arriving early we were finally able to try this restaurant. I'm going to be direct, it's the worst experience I've had at Marseillan beach. We had two assortments of three tapas and two drinks and it was a disaster. The drink, an overpriced sangria for a 20cl glass with a strong taste of alcoholic blackcurrant... From memory, blackcurrant is not one of the ingredients of sangria but let's move on... The tapas... So I jumped out of my chair and almost left the table, everything is tasteless, greasy and industrial: - frozen squid fritters - bland country ham (you can find better and cheaper ones in supermarkets.) - industrial stuffed mussels - almost raw and tasteless octopus - aioli toast which was just croutons with a small ramekin of sauce - only Joël's fried food was passable As for the industrial aioli, bland The servers were however friendly and responsive, but the service cannot save such a disaster. In short, we will never return to this restaurant and I also suggest you move on, a trip to the supermarket and a microwave will do much better.

13/09/2023: We took the menu, the starters were very simple and not very filling, for the main courses and dessert it was pretty decent. The staff is friendly. Good value for money.

29/03/2024: Very good discovery!!! Absolutely succulent and hearty pizzas, and moreover being vegetarian I was able to find what I was looking for on the menu of this restaurant, which is very far from being the case everywhere! We will return there for sure!!!

10/03/2024: Your pizzas are very good & we had a great time, I thank you for that, however I did not appreciate the fact that: 1/ We ordered our pizzas, we were given one hour, 8:30 p.m., to collect the order, once there, we noticed that the pizzas had not yet been made. So... We wait a little, we notice that the pizza maker was preparing 2 pizzas so obviously we had said to ourselves that they were ours, but to our amazement this was not the case, a gentleman enters the restaurant & we give him the 2 pizzas that had just been prepared & made... While we were waiting for ours which was not yet ready at the time it was supposed to be . We waited a total of 15/20 minutes... & of course we paid before our pizzas were ready, from the moment we entered the restaurant, & having said that we were coming for Mr. We were made to pay and then wait, but believe me if I knew it wasn't ready & that we should have waited, I would have left... 2/ Given that we are people who occasionally come to your restaurant, we have the impression of being taken for hams and that people (the regulars) are being made to appear privileged... I can completely understand that it is possible that people order your pizzas and that they do not come to pick them up so that makes you a loss etc... However, the most harmful point apart from the deadline which is not respected, is the fact that we go last, that a person coming after us is directly served... As I told you, we have the impression of being taken for hams and of not being respected (concretely) Despite everything, I leave you a rating which seems correct to me because your pizzas were very good.
