05/08/2024: I don't understand some of the comments. I have been to this pizzeria several times, and nothing to complain about, the service is fast, the team pleasant with little background music. The pizzas are excellent and very well stocked, I have never had an undercooked or overcooked pizza even to take away. The dough is very thin, ideal when, like me, you have a disability in your right arm to cut pizzas. They even offered to cut it for me, which was very nice, but their knife cut well so no need 😉. Little extra for the anti-slip table mats, once again very positive for my handicap, it's a detail but I'm almost jealous because I can't find any 😂.

20/08/2024: Nous sommes toujours ravis de cette pizzeria. Tout est de qualité : les produits, l accueil, le service, le sourire!!! Une mention particulière à la jeune fille en caisse hier soir qui malgré l aflux de clients, est restée très disponible, serviable et très souriante avec toujours un mot sympathique pour chaque client et une très grande maîtrise. Bravo à toute l équipe

20/08/2024: A great address for our express passage through Herbignac. Human welcome, warm and helpful. Pizzas that have nothing to envy of Italy (wink to the owner), and finally children's menus with something other than nuggets. We highly recommend

Un cadre moderne que nous avons fortement apprécié, un repas excellent et un service parfait avec un personnel très souriant et agréable. Je recommande cette adresse.

18/08/2024: Fidèle à lui même ce restaurant est toujours aussi agréable et de qualité.Très bon accueil de la direction à tous les serveurs. Les plats sont toujours délicieux, bien présentés, dans une très jolie vaisselle avec une serviette en tissu .Le cadre est très joli.
Nous ne comprenons absolument pas les quelques commentaires deplaisants qui ont pu être laissés sur ce site mais restons persuadés que le restaurant n'en souffrira pas,il y a toujours des gens de mauvaise foi.Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 pour cent et continuerons de le fréquenter à chaque fois que nous nous rendons à la Baule.Merci à toute l'équipe !
17/08/2024: Located on the embankment of La Baule right next to "Manuel", the cucina des Evens offers Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, carpaccios and salad, mainly).
The decoration is quite successful with a vintage yellow Fiat 500 which sits in the middle of the room.
As for the taste buds, have a focacia as a starter, it is very successful.
For the rest, I opted for a Calabrese Picante pizza which lives up to its name 😃. Rich in spianata, you won't need to add spicy oil to this very good pizza.
Finally, if you have room, their Amaretto Amanda (artisanal ice cream) is definitely worth the detour.
Last point to highlight, our server was close to perfection: fast, courteous and with a smile.
