27/07/2024: Un italien sans prétentions dans le centre de Douai. Cuisine bien faite, service adorable. C'est familial et généreux. De l'italien comme on l'attend qui ne tombe ni dans la facilité ni dans la bouffe vite faite. Le Chef se permet même de servir les calamars à la sicilienne dans une coque en pâte filo à déguster avec le plat. La preuve qu'on peut tenir une affaire familiale depuis probablement fort longtemps et garder l'esprit ouvert et curieux. On n'en demande pas plus et on y retournera de bon coeur.

28/08/2024: A little disappointed with the 4 cheese pizza that I tasted there. A little expensive too. The decor of the pizzeria is very 70s. A little "cold" in my opinion and didn't take me to Italy. Very kind staff.

24/08/2024: A nice surprise for us who are discovering Lille. Delicious cuisine and a very elegant and warm setting. We arrived at the end of service but were able to enjoy wonderful pasta dishes and dessert including the best baba au rhum that I have eaten in years! We will come back the next time we come to Lille!

21/08/2024: Fine dough, super fresh ingredients, everything homemade and inexpensive! We go there at least once a week! Be careful to take away only, don't hesitate to ask for the loyalty card, a free pizza for every 12 purchased. Very friendly staff and boss

07/09/2024: The restaurant and the staff are friendly, however we were a little disappointed by the pizza and especially the dough. It’s not a pizza dough at all but rather a bit of a brioche dough. Maybe no real pizza oven either? The filling is good. We were surprised to see that customers who knew the server were entitled to a more extensive pizza menu.

30/07/2024: Warm welcome, simple and pleasant interior, nice decor with frames of the best Italian stars! The dishes are very good. This lunchtime, excellent chef's plate with burrata and tomato and melon carpaccio. I recommend.

07/09/2024: 2nd visit in 1 week and always pleasantly welcomed and served, the dishes are always a treat for the taste buds and the eyes, see you soon because never 2 without 3 and surely others, because very pleasant and friendly team which makes you want to to come back. We even had the occasional privilege of being served by the cook who was also congratulated for his homemade dishes made from the heart. Thank you and good end of service.

31/08/2024: Very warm welcome even without reservation. Served quickly, hot and of good quality. Everything is homemade which is becoming very rare. The portions might seem small to gourmands at first glance but ultimately just balanced. Everything is excellent, also the homemade desserts. Thanks to the cook. You can enjoy yourself without feeling guilty. Friendly, friendly, attentive to the well-being and comfort of their client. This professionalism is also very sought after today. 29/08/2024: Very good pizzas and desserts A very warm welcome full of humor. A place where you don't see time passing.

27/08/2024: The atmosphere was okay, quite intimate when there are few people. On a Thursday evening (9 p.m. to 10 p.m.), I would have expected more than just my duo and another group of 2 people. The place is very small on the other hand, a wheelchair would not fit, or with difficulty. The service was okay too. Not the best of the best but the person serving remained cordial, polite and kind. For cooking, a simple pasta dish and a simple pizza were taken. It was delicious, no complaints about the quantity. For desserts, a (dark) chocolate cake and a tiramisu. Same, delicious as can be and not heavy. Regarding the drinks, they were expensive. €4 for orange juice from a glass bottle, €4.50 for a coke also from a glass bottle. Not sure it's worth this price. In the end, still a good experience. I might come back.
