17/04/2024: Unfortunately, my experience (actually my experiences because I go there often) at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. As soon as I arrived, I was met with very poor service. The waitress forces me each time to take a table located opposite the front door and the toilets, despite my polite request to be placed on another table. Each time I was told that the other tables were reserved, which is hard to believe given the number of empty tables Additionally, I was forced to pay in advance, c When I asked for a refund due to poor service the waitress flatly refused and instead suggested I take my order to go. This experience greatly tarnished my appreciation of the restaurant. The lack of consideration for customer preferences, casual service and lack of satisfactory solutions to resolve problems encountered are unacceptable in a dining establishment. Hoping that these issues will be taken into account to improve the quality of service in the future.

22/05/2024: Good first and last time for me. Too much white sauce on the salad, the meat ok good apart from the cooking. Really not great value for money. We didn't want to have dessert. A little restaurant like that in front of a train station, too bad. Do not trust the positive review, even my guests did not finish their plates

13/04/2024: Sad desert... and bonus food infection. Practical since I had a hotel nearby, and according to the reviews, I should have turned around when I noticed the empty room. Decoration rather correct but disorganized, this is also the case of the menu apart from the pizzas. Generous pizzas but very limited taste. Big warning, probably linked to the absence of customers, of a food infection the night after dinner. Improbable manager, generally lost, and sat at the table all evening. The only positive point was a nice waitress, smiling and willing.

03/05/2024: We have been regular customers (for 3 years) and until now the staff have always been impeccable and welcoming. This evening the cook made an order mistake (4 cheese pizza for our children instead of a margarita). Very unhappy at having to make a new journey, we contacted the kiosk to inform them of the preparation error and to find a solution. The person called "manager" was absolutely unprofessional and adopted an attitude unsuitable for customer communication. He has not . No excuses other than “we’re in a hurry”. He threatened to "ban" us... we laugh about it! No need to ban us, we weren't planning on coming back! As customers who call to report an order error we expected a simple "excuse us, come back in a few minutes we will find a solution". When you don't know how to manage the pressure of a kitchen, take responsibility for a preparation error, or manage customer feedback, you change jobs.
