22/02/2026: Excellent pizza, generous portions, impeccable service with a smile. The atmosphere was a little cold due to the large dining room. A big plus for the owner: on Saturday evenings he offers a complimentary digestif regardless of the bill, which is very rare these days. Definitely worth repeating.

We ordered four pizzas by phone with a 15-minute wait, and when we arrived to pick them up, everything was ready. We tried it and it's fantastic! Well done to the whole team, keep up the good work!

19/03/2026: I was walking past this restaurant when my 2.8 kg dog did a little pee in front of the restaurant (not in front of the door) when the young, pale-skinned, long-haired blond waiter came out and started insulting us with every name under the sun, then began grabbing chairs and throwing them at us!

19/03/2026: I WAS ASSASSED BY THE WAITER! While walking my dog, I passed by this restaurant. My little dog had a small accident on the sidewalk in front of the establishment. A young, thin waiter with long hair and a rather pale complexion came out. He approached me to within a meter and threw a chair from his terrace at my face. He grabbed another chair and threw it back at me. He then insulted me, shoved me, and hurled insults at my entire family, shouting and saying obscene things to me and my girlfriend. For example, he said, "I'm going to piss in your face, you dirty whore," and other things. It was a physical reaction; this man is no longer fit to work with customers! I will take the necessary steps and report this to the appropriate authorities.

27/02/2026: We've been to get pizzas several times; they're punctual, friendly, and the pizzas are excellent—a thin crust with plenty of toppings.

08/02/2026: I was very disappointed with the takeaway pizzas: they were too salty, the "il sacristie" pizza didn't match the description—it was completely missing the arugula!—and my request for no olives wasn't honored. Plus, I waited 15 minutes for my order. The only positive point was the friendly service...

24/03/2026: Third time at this pizzeria, what a disappointment! The quality has dropped and the prices are outrageous. €18.90 for a trio of pasta dishes (nine large pasta shells), whereas a few months ago they were filled pasta. €12.90 for an appetizer platter, which arrived after we had finished ours. And the cocktails were so good they could have passed for fruit juice. I gave two stars for the service, but frankly, it's not for the quality of it. It was a packed Saturday, so please hire more staff. Your servers were overwhelmed; how can you manage with only three or four servers and two floors? And no dessert, given how long the service took for just three of us… €110! You really need to review your prices! Disappointed, we won't be back.

12/02/2026: This is the second time I've ordered from Factory Pizza through the Uber Eats app, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised! The pizzas arrive at a reasonable time and are always piping hot. However, the only slight drawback is that they aren't pre-sliced, which is a shame. Aside from that, I have no complaints. The pizzas are generous, with plenty of toppings—you definitely get your money's worth! I highly recommend this pizzeria :)

14/02/2026: A beautiful setting spoiled by mediocre service. On Valentine's Day, the entire staff seemed inefficient. Note that not taking notes is a remarkable advantage, only if you remember your order and table. As a result, we never received our drinks, but they were still charged to the bill (plus an extra two euros)! However, the food was good, made with quality ingredients. The only negative point remains the staff.

14/02/2026: I came for Valentine's Day and had mixed feelings: the waiters were nonchalant, the food took ages to arrive, and it was practically cold. My first experience was a bit disappointing. However, the place is stunning, and my pizza was good. Perhaps you should tell your waiters to use trays, as they bring drinks in their hands, putting their fingers right where our lips will touch... From a hygiene standpoint, it was questionable! Please improve your service organization! The people at the next table waited 20 minutes for the dessert menu, but when it didn't arrive, they finally left. Best of luck!

02/10/2025: This café really stands out inside the food market — it feels a bit special compared to the usual stalls. I ordered a café latte and enjoyed it right there in the shop. The coffee was smooth, well-made, and perfect for a morning stop while exploring the market. What makes this place even more interesting is that it’s also a fair-trade shop selling coffee beans and loose-leaf teas. If you’re a tea lover, you’ll enjoy browsing the selection — colorful tea boxes are displayed near the cashier, so you can admire them while ordering. It’s the kind of spot where you can sip a coffee, pick up something to take home, and feel good knowing it’s fair trade.
