19/09/2026: We're not from around here, and we just discovered this place. We can't give it 10 stars, but it absolutely deserves them! A wonderful welcome, perfectly balanced and delicate cuisine, a wonderful harmony of flavors, and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is calm and warm, and you'll have the pleasure of meeting Titou the dog! ☺️☺️

22/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! 🍕❤️ We discovered this pizzeria for the first time tonight and we were delighted! The crust was excellent, light, and the toppings were generous—a real treat.
Special mention also goes to the tiramisu, which was excellent!!!
All this with a warm welcome from the staff and the owner.
An address we highly recommend.
Thank you for this wonderful experience!

L'ETNA
Pau
24/09/2026: A lovely pizzeria just steps from Pau Castle, in a pedestrian zone. Attentive and quick service. You can eat inside or on the terrace. Good value for money. I recommend it.
20/09/2026: The timing of each course was good. I don't speak much French and I was with my family, but there were no problems. One guy approached us in English and the other spoke Spanish, so the time was very pleasant. I'll be back. Italian food in France! 😂

Del' Arte
Pau
- 1 spéciale pizzaïolo;
-1 carbonara;
