The food is always excellent, with fresh and flavorful ingredients, and we're never disappointed, whether we eat in or take out.
The staff is particularly welcoming, attentive, and friendly, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend.

10/04/2026: The best sushi in Strasbourg! You can go there without hesitation: the quality and quantity are both excellent. The staff, as well as the manager, are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it, with a special mention for the California roll with prawns and avocado, which is superb! 👍🏼

17/04/2026: While traveling with my mom, I was craving Japanese food, so I quickly looked up a place and visited. We ordered udon and chirashi sushi in the cozy space on the second floor, and the hot, savory udon broth was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly, and I was also impressed that they recognized that I was Korean.
06/04/2026: Japanese food at a fair price, not a flavor explosion, but easily digestible. Definitely recommended.

01/05/2026: We ordered aloe vera as we were passing nearby on the highway on May 1st. They prepared our order very quickly, as requested, since we still had a long drive to our B&B further on. The service was pleasant and friendly.
The maki and California rolls were delicious.

03/12/2025: Eat in. The sushi portions were a bit small. The curry rice bowl with crispy chicken was too spicy, so my son couldn't eat it. No restrooms. The restaurant mainly does takeout and delivery.

The Sushi•POP was delicious and the concept is a 100% success! ✅️ 🍣 I was able to take souvenir photos on the instant photo booth, a brilliant idea to have set it up for the occasion! 📸 I'll definitely be back to introduce the concept to my friends and family! 😊👍🏻

25/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! The service was impeccable, the staff welcoming, and the atmosphere truly Japanese. You can dine at traditional tatami tables. The dishes were delicious, full of flavor, and served quickly. Halal meat options are also available (just be sure to specify when ordering). The various teas and desserts are also excellent! I highly recommend it for a pleasant experience!

19/03/2026: I went there to try it out and it's really delicious! I especially recommend the gyozas and the fried chicken. Be aware, though, that the place is small (not suitable for large groups), but that didn't bother us at all since there were three of us. There's a wide selection on the menu, with plenty of vegetarian options. I'll definitely be back!

24/02/2026: I've been eating here for years. With family, friends, on romantic dates with my sweetheart, and for every birthday for the last six or seven years. The quality hasn't changed at all, and despite the ambiance or exterior not being everyone's cupboard, the value for money is the best in Strasbourg for a Japanese restaurant. And a major plus: the fish is incredibly fresh, always easy to digest, and I've never gotten sick, unlike at other restaurants!
This restaurant deserves so many more customers...
14/01/2026: I had it delivered, so I'm only judging the food, and I have to say I'm disappointed considering the price. I ordered three types of maki, gyoza, and a coleslaw for €26. The maki were uneven, clearly pre-made, and rather bland; the shaping looked like it was done by a beginner… it wasn't bad, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it 😕

16/03/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered takeout from this supposedly very reputable sushi restaurant, and the quality was disappointing.
The €6.90 nuggets looked exactly like fast-food nuggets with just mayonnaise. The bao was truly awful, the worst I've ever had.
The maki were okay, but I've had much better elsewhere.
Given the restaurant's reputation, I really expected much better.

21/12/2025: My husband and I discovered this sushi restaurant and had a wonderful time. The menu is extremely varied, with something for everyone, which is a real plus. The waitress was incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was a true delight: everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. We will definitely be back!

Very good, very fresh, pleasant waitress. And open on a Monday evening...
