22/02/2026: Dinner was good: nigiri, 4- and 5-ingredient bento boxes. Fragrant miso soup, with some seaweed pieces that were firmer than others. Overall, the price remains high and out of step with the setting, which I think is in dire need of renovation. It's hard not to wonder about the state of the kitchens. A shame, then, for the overall experience.

09/03/2026: Excellent! Passing through Bordeaux to see a concert, we opted for takeaway sushi and chose Sushi Design because of its proximity to the Arkea Arena. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely keep the address for our next concerts in Bordeaux! We highly recommend it.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 19/06/2025: Sushi Dozo in Bordeaux strikes me as an excellent place to eat sushi, poke bowls, and super protein bowls. The place is very clean and quiet, the food is really good, and the service is excellent. I have to ask the name of the waitress to post it; she's very friendly. Highly recommended if you like sushi.
