19/12/2024: It was an excellent experience in every way. My son and I were seen quickly and he was very pleasant and very professional at all times. The food was spectacular. A highly recommended site.

18/12/2024: It was our first time in this restaurant with my partner and we loved it!!! We arrived and were surprised by how calm the room was. It was really nice, because no music, so no hubbub. The service was impeccable with a really talented waiter, he knew how to put us at ease and it really came naturally to him. And finally, the dishes... what can I say? The food is excellent!! And I am impressed by the cooking of the ingredients which in my opinion was perfect and controlled. Everything was very tender and the taste of the curry sauce was really delicious! I can only recommend this restaurant!

28/06/2025: A small, unusual restaurant, a little piece of Japan nestled in the center of Bordeaux, near Rue Sainte Catherine. It offers excellent, generous portions of food and cheerful, welcoming service. I enjoy eating there, both for the food and the atmosphere.

19/06/2025: Sushi Dozo in Bordeaux strikes me as an excellent place to eat sushi, poke bowls, and super protein bowls. The place is very clean and quiet, the food is really good, and the service is excellent. I have to ask the name of the waitress to post it; she's very friendly. Highly recommended if you like sushi.

The food is excellent even if we take out, it is our go-to restaurant for second-hand meals because we are never disappointed by either the welcome or the quality!
