The evening menu is truly generous. For €32, it's excellent value for money, but it's the quality of the food that really makes the difference. The service is quick and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

The owners are lovely, the fish is fresh, and the wasabi... 👌
I'd also add that this restaurant offers welcoming, friendly, and efficient service. Increasingly rare in 2025.

19/06/2025: Sushi Dozo in Bordeaux strikes me as an excellent place to eat sushi, poke bowls, and super protein bowls. The place is very clean and quiet, the food is really good, and the service is excellent. I have to ask the name of the waitress to post it; she's very friendly. Highly recommended if you like sushi.

29/01/2026: Stop offering cheese skewers or learn how to cook them properly! The first time I tried them, they were frozen; the second time, they were cold and undercooked.
I ate them because I was in a hurry, but they were absolutely disgusting.
24/01/2026: apart from the music which is too loud, the food is impeccable and we always order the same dish (krousty katsu + red cabbage, try it, it's crazy) long live nobi nobi, I will continue to promote it!!
