27/02/2026: A wonderful discovery in the Chartrons district. I'm particularly demanding and very rarely award five stars. This time, I do so with genuine satisfaction. The quality is simply exceptional. The service is impeccable. We were taken care of by Alex, a very polite, well-mannered, and kind young man who is already very professional for his age. His attitude deserves to be highlighted. The speed is impressive: our dishes arrived in less than four minutes. Despite this efficiency, the quality is absolutely not sacrificed; quite the opposite. The portions are generous, and the value for money is remarkable. Many dishes are homemade, and this is immediately noticeable. Every bite was a true pleasure. The establishment is also very easy to access: a bus stop right in front, and tram line B is nearby. The decor is stylish and modern. I particularly appreciate the large bay window overlooking the kitchens, allowing you to watch the dishes being prepared. It's a real guarantee of transparency. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable. Spotless tables, a sparkling dining room, and perfectly executed service. In short, an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I recommend it without hesitation.

27/03/2026: Order placed last week via the app, estimated delivery time 9:15 PM… arrived at the shop at 9:25 PM, order ready in at least 10 minutes… timing wasn't quite right, but the subsequent gesture of goodwill was very much appreciated. As for the meal, nothing to complain about, as always.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 06/03/2026: Hello, Great experience, thank you for the warm welcome. The restaurant doesn't look like much, but appearances can be deceiving! The food is traditional sushi, quite simple but very good, and excellent value for money. You absolutely must try the skewers! Especially the chicken balls! They're homemade, which is something that's not often mentioned because it's quite rare! The best I've ever had! The kids loved them! Thank you!

15/03/2026: It's a really lovely restaurant, the staff are wonderful. The only slight drawback is that the shrimp and avocado salad with sesame dressing doesn't have quite enough shrimp; otherwise, the dressing is excellent, and I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place.

21/03/2026: An excellent Japanese restaurant that stands out for the freshness of its fish. We particularly enjoyed the gyozas and the chef's chirashi, which was original with its notes of pomegranate and edamame. The Sando menu is very comprehensive (sushi, sashimi, maki, skewers, soup, and salad), but it could benefit from more authentic rice; the one served resembled lightly seasoned basmati, which contrasted somewhat with the quality of the rest of the meal.

03/03/2026: I regularly eat at Wasabi Café, and I think I've tried almost everything on the menu. I'm finally getting around to writing a review, something I don't usually do. The first thing that strikes me is their dedication to doing things well and making customers feel welcome. All the staff are very friendly, and the cuisine is precise and well-thought-out. The freshness of the ingredients and the expertise of the sushi chef are undeniable. I recommend everyone make it a regular spot or come back occasionally.
