The flavors are spot on, with well-prepared, high-quality dishes. The wait is a bit long, but it's well worth it. A wonderful place to enjoy a great Japanese meal in a pleasant setting.

16/01/2026: The shepherd's pie with venelle meat, like the sea bream fillet with watercress sauce, was... absolutely excellent! Not to mention, for me, the caramelized chocolate mousse... delicate, light, and delicious!
In short, a must-try restaurant in Béziers... for a reasonable price of €56 for two... including a glass of wine... served at the table with the bottle opened right in front of you and offered a taste beforehand ==> a truly exceptional experience!!

The atmosphere is cozy. The food is good.
Today we had the daily special (chirashi), pork tonkatsu, and gyudon. The dishes are very good, well-cooked, and the prices are reasonable. I'll be back.
31/05/2025: Excellent food, except for the tempura which was too oily and the waiter who made fun of us every time we mispronounced the names of the dishes.

Salle accueillante, ambiance tamisée le soir.
Petite table haute avec vue sur la cuisine.
Service efficace, rapide et agréable.
Bonnes bières japonaises.
Produits frais de qualité. Petites portions bien arrangées. Des goûts inhabituels, délicats.
Parfait pour se dépayser et anticiper le programme culinaire du futur voyage au Japon ;)
Prix corrects.

The food is Asian fast food without the fast. We waited an hour and a half for our meals.
As for the service, we had to ask to have our order taken. There was no apology for the wait, and certainly no complimentary drink or thank you for waiting.
14/02/2026: I went back after four years. I'd already left a review saying it was a long wait, but oh well.
But a 1 hour 20 minute wait for a coleslaw and a soup is shocking, in my opinion.

Tonight I bought a tray of 6 salmon sushi, and they smelled of ammonia... I didn't eat them. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. Usually, I just throw them away and don't say anything, but it's happening too often, so I'm returning them tomorrow hoping for a refund. Thank you.
29/07/2025: I went there at 7 p.m. on July 29, 2025. I asked the vendor at the stand if the chicken Yakisoba had mushrooms, telling him I was allergic. He replied, "We haven't used them for a long time."
After eating it, I had stomach pains, and after checking the ingredients label, it said mushrooms. 🍄
Thanks to Sushi Daily for the quality of their advice, to Carrefour for their professionalism in choosing their service provider, and for the good night I'm going to have.... 👍👏

10/01/2026: We went there a few days ago; the place is nicely decorated and the dining room is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly, and the food is really delicious. As someone who loves Japanese food, this is definitely another place to add to my list!

01/02/2026: I tried to place an Uber Eats order via phone, but it didn't go through. It seemed the order had arrived at my home, but I received nothing, and I was still charged. I don't know where the problem lies, but I'm really unhappy with the internet/Uber service.
17/01/2026: Excellent! We had a delivery issue with our Uber Eats order, and the team came directly to deliver the missing items! Very professional! We will definitely recommend them!

18/12/2024: Everything is very good, the pastries could be slightly softer and butterier but really I'm quibbling 😋😋 the service is always smiling, it's open early, late, mixed on Sundays, you can always count on them!

croissants in the morning, meals at lunchtime, small cakes (and even big ones) in the afternoon and a last loaf of bread coming out of the oven before closing at 8 p.m.
Everything is excellent. Few establishments combine quality and quantity.
All the staff are pleasant and efficient even if I admit a weakness for Princess… Yes yes…

14/08/2025: A permanent closure is necessary!! The frustration when you see the owner having fun playing Tetris with the boxes in the restaurant instead of opening like everyone else... I'm not the first to feel it. Eat at Sushi Corner, excellent in Sète, as well as Juvignac and Montpellier.
