Very surprised by the quantity of rice put in the nigiri and the Californias I was expecting a ton of rice like in other restaurants but not a small quantity of rice and a lot more fish it was a treat.
Very good atmosphere and a wide choice we will come back to discover new dishes!
I recommend this restaurant 100%

I recommend the beef teppenyaki which is “divine”, and the yuzu passion ball..
An invitation to travel for the taste buds.

11/05/2024: Very cute restaurant with pleasant staff. The sushi 🍣 is elaborate and well presented, and above all very good. Small mention for the California ébi. I highly recommend. The square where the restaurant is located is a little away from the crowds and super pleasant.

Good welcome and attentive service..
Simple and tasty cuisine with fresh produce. Very good miso soup (which is not always easy to find in Japanese cuisine restaurants) good value for money.

24/03/2024: Very good Japanese restaurant in Castelnau le Lez. Very calm atmosphere, the service is great, the starters and dishes are very good! Everything is well presented, the waiter is very nice and polite! We will come back to spend a quiet romantic moment

28/03/2024: The best sushi around and we tried them all! The perfect cooking of the rice, the quality of the ingredients at the top, with special mention for the red label tuna and salmon! A delight ! At the end of the week, they are victims of their success, because there are many, many orders to fulfill for a very small team. Their sushi is not made in advance like at Lady Sushi, but only to order, and sometimes they are forced to refuse orders that are too late. For Friday evening, I order Thursday evening or Friday noon last carat. But it's reassuring for the freshness of the products, you'll never eat yesterday's sushi!

I recommend this restaurant which is well worth the wait.

25/05/2024: I recommend this Japanese restaurant. Very warm welcome. We feel that the staff do this job with passion. In terms of taste, the maki and California are just very, very good. The chicken skewers are tasty. Super good. Really go for it. Quality product, fresh and tasty. Much better than some Japanese in Paris. Thank you for this trip to Japan. Holiday vouchers are accepted.

08/05/2024: Minimalist decoration of this restaurant but we came to eat Japanese and we were pleasantly surprised. Good quality dishes with a sought-after taste. Address to remember in my opinion.

The only downside is not enough meat on the menu. But I recommend these places.
01/04/2024: I loved the concept of the kitchen open to the dining room.
The dishes are elaborate and everything is homemade.
The manager is very welcoming and friendly.
On the other hand, a bad point for the young waitress who is sullen and who responds poorly to customers, it's a shame because it spoils the atmosphere which is very nice.

We also have Taketsuru and Ichiro, which are hard to find even in Japan. The master is also a really nice person.
