Perhaps it would be nice to enhance the flavors of the various dishes... or sauces...
The staff is extremely kind.
The chef's "show," his attention to cooking each course individually, his efficiency, and his humor make the whole experience very enjoyable.

25/01/2026: The meal was delicious, with lots of diverse and varied choices 🤤. The welcome was warm, and the owners are lovely. The atmosphere is authentic (you can draw on a sticky note and then stick it on the wall). I'll definitely go back to try more dishes.

The fish is very fresh; we're never disappointed, and our children love coming here.
A very warm welcome with hot towels and appetizers. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service throughout the meal.
