Perhaps it would be nice to enhance the flavors of the various dishes... or sauces...
The staff is extremely kind.
The chef's "show," his attention to cooking each course individually, his efficiency, and his humor make the whole experience very enjoyable.

28/01/2026: Impeccable service at this small Japanese restaurant. We tried the tasting menu to share for 3. It's listed as 2 people on the menu but it can easily be adapted for 3. It was very good and generous.

24/01/2026: I must say that this is an authentic Japanese restaurant in Paris that doesn't cost a fortune.
I was impressed with the food quality. Also, the variety of food was amazing. I felt like I was at a Japanese restaurant in Japan.
I would suggest not to get an eel rice bowl if you know the quality of eel in Japan.
Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant to go to if you miss an authentic Japanese food.

My family and I go every Friday. It's a bit pricey, but once you've tasted the food, you quickly forget about it. I recommend it 100%!

08/12/2024: Delicious Ramen and Japanese specialties to enjoy on site or to take away. The flavors are particularly subtle and harmonious!
13/11/2024: I had the soy sauce ramen.
It had a very mild taste.
It had a lot of toppings (especially the chashu), so I was full even without any toppings.
Next time I would like to try other ramen and rice bowls.

16/11/2025: Excellent meat and very attentive staff. I recommend the sirloin steak and the rib-eye steaks. Best Japanese BBQ in the 15th arrondissement!!!
