Overcooked rice, salad without sauce, bland miso soup and too big sashimi
Tasteless dish.
10/08/2024: Second visit to Yamagoya. Friendly family atmosphere, warm welcome and very good cuisine.
As a bonus, the quality/price ratio is interesting. We even have shrimp chips as an aperitif...
In conclusion, a pleasant restaurant for lazy Friday evenings. It gets the weekend off to a good start

18/10/2024: Nos gustó la comida asiática después de viajar por Francia durante un tiempo y encontramos este restaurante, que estaba situado no muy lejos de nuestro hotel. Desde el momento en que entramos por la puerta, nos recibieron como familia. Después de sentarnos, nuestra anfitriona vino con toallas calientes que se sintió maravilloso ya que hacía frío y lluvioso fuera. Nos dieron un menú en inglés. La comida y el servicio eran excepcionales. Sentimos que habíamos entrado en casa de alguien para cenar.
Al final de la cena, pedimos que nos llamaran en taxi. Nuestra querida anfitriona esperó afuera bajo la lluvia, para que el taxi llegara! Ella insistió en que se quedara con nosotros hasta que entramos en el taxi.

The dishes are magnificent. I appreciated the finesse and freshness of the sashimi which melted in the mouth. A real delight.
I highly recommend your restaurant to everyone and especially to fans of Japanese cuisine.

25/11/2024: I strongly advise against this restaurant the dish I have with the photo the salad was in a direct state in the trash the cucumber not crunchy bitter a base of rice without any taste with 4 pieces of salmon for 22 euros the theft is unacceptable
12/11/2024: I often go to this Sushi Shop, and every time it is the young bald gentleman at the reception, he is very dishonest with the customers and steals from them.

21/08/2024: I don't rate the atmosphere because I took takeaway. The bag was ready when I arrived. Fast and efficient pick-up. Application of 10% on site even though it did not appear on the site (nice surprise).
The dishes were well served (nice slices of sashimi) and fresh.
The small downsides (because it always takes some to improve): the miso soup lacked a little taste and there was too much rice in the tartare in proportion to the salmon.
But overall, it was good and plentiful.
20/08/2024: The restaurant is very friendly. The service is fast. Their menu is excellent.

La carte du soir est assez chère mais le rapport qualité / prix est très satisfaisant. Le service est à la hauteur. Seul point noir : la salle est extraordinairement bruyante et pour peu que vous soyez assis à coté de personnes nombreuses en train de discuter, vous allez souffrir...

14/09/2024: 15 min to take our order, 10 more minutes to only have our drinks, and 25 minutes later we didn't even had the mini soup and salad. We left to go elsewhere.

25/06/2024: This Japanese restaurant is a real gem! The quality of the dishes is exceptional. The welcome is simply wonderful. Hugo, in particular, stands out for his kindness and attention to customers, making each visit pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

17/07/2024: I don't usually leave bad reviews on restaurants, but sometimes it's better to refrain from eating than to have a bad experience. The soup completely lacked flavor: it was hot water with three pieces of tofu. The salad looked like it came straight from the freezer. The salmon chirashi was bland and its color questionable. Even the rice was bad. This will be my first and last visit. I just hope I don't get sick...

09/07/2024: The service was pleasant, welcoming staff. On the other hand, the kitchen is really disappointing. Do not take makis/sushis from the menu, I chose tempura and cheese salmon, the sushis were very soft, too much cheese for little fish (which was not very fresh) and finally hair in the Makis. We need to review hygiene and ingredients!
