I am sure it is running by Chinese(it would be fine if the food was good)
We ordered Okonomi_yaki, donkots Ramen and Soyu Ramen and gyudon. Everything was terrible.
Frozen cheap okonomi yaki_ not even Jaoanese brand for sure, all the Remen tasted so bad_ very bad chinese noodle taste. And come on, you cannot call that Gyudon_ I think the chief havent tried Gyudon in Japan ever.
21/08/2026: Unbelievably delicious. Their chicken katsu curry is one of the best.

01/10/2026: Food is a bit disappointing. Ordered ramen and the 7 brochettes. Did not eat the beef and boeuf au fromage as it looked like it wasn’t cooked and unappetising.

08/09/2026: As a Japanese person, I was curious to try this during my trip and decided to order some to go; although I was a little skeptical at first, the taste turned out to be better than that of sushi chains in Japan. I would love for it to be available in my country.

And while we were waiting, no one offered us anything to drink… we ordered desserts that were never brought to us… as for the "self-service" policy, you don't serve yourself as you please; it's more like you have to ask each time, which is unpleasant.

12/08/2026: The food was good, but the portions were smaller in the chirashi menu. I wasn't satisfied with the meal I chose. I would have needed dessert to feel full. It's a shame because the service was still impeccable!
