28/03/2024: Like in Japan. I hadn't found this setting and these dishes since my trip. This place lends itself to Japanese travel, for unbeatable value for money. Special mention to the toilets, a poetic adventure to discover. For dishes, the menu at 49 euros is very complete: an appetizer, a starter, a pâté, main course and dessert. Our favorite was the quality of the raw salmon, and the Wagyu beef of course. But a little ❤️ for the sesame tiramisu, which is nothing like a tiramisu but entirely Japanese!
22/02/2024: We enjoyed discovering this restaurant in a slightly hidden location in the Odeon area. We had a great time. The service is quiet, accurate, and friendly. And the food is excellent and sophisticated. Considering the quality of the food, I think the prices are also very reasonable. bravo

03/04/2024: We had a great time! The food was delicious, the sushi was fresh, and for a good price. It was a bit difficult to communicate as they didn’t speak any english, but they were very nice and patient.

16/03/2024: This is a very nice address that I can only recommend. We are in a very beautiful place with exposed beams, the atmosphere is intimate and quiet, and we are right in the middle of Paris, yet it is really appreciable. The service is excellent, the waiters and kitchen staff all take great care of us.
Regarding the dishes, we leave Shu with a full stomach, it's a great experience to live, we let ourselves be surprised by the chef and there is a fairly substantial selection of sake too. Shu is a beautiful restaurant to discover.

06/04/2024: Very nice food. Good wine. Lots of choice of delicious dishes. Cold and also warm. For those who cannot choose, there are various menus including soup and salad. The atmosphere is really sushi bar-like with LED in the ceiling. Very quiet. Just behind a busy street.
09/03/2024: It was a first for us who live in the 6th. Very nice discovery. Varied menu, excellent cuisine, beautiful presentation and attentive, quality service. We will come back.

16/01/2024: Experiencing French cuisine with a Japanese twist is incomparable. This was my second visit to TOYO. Indeed, they hold a Michelin star, but in my opinion, they deserve even greater recognition. They present a carefully curated and seasonal tasting menu that captivates the imagination. They're willing to adjust the menu for specific dietary needs, but fortunately, I'm the type who enjoys everything! Their wine list is both impressive and reasonably priced. The majority of the seating is at the counter, which I prefer, as it allows you to witness all the kitchen action. I highly recommend this place, even though it's a splurge. But when in Paris, why not indulge in one unforgettable night?

19/03/2024: Very pretty place with beautiful decoration, the cuisine is incredible with very good products.
Special mention to the “Toro” tuna belly. A fairly simple glass drinks menu.
The only downside was that the service was a bit long, especially when you arrived where you had to wait a while before getting just a little water.
