20/02/2026: The service was appalling; the waitresses were utterly unfriendly. They seemed more like a nuisance when you asked for information. The drinks arrived fairly quickly, but the crepes didn't. They arrived cold, and when we asked for them to be warmed up, the waitress became extremely irritated. It felt more like a betting shop. I strongly advise against going there, despite them having a monopoly on brasseries in the resort.

17/02/2026: Very friendly staff. Pleasant place, very warm wood interior, we feel good to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends. The service is fast. We had hot chocolates and we had hot milk and a sachet of cocoa powder. It didn't bother us, we had a very pleasant moment. We will come back.

01/03/2026: The place is warm and inviting, all wood and featuring a beautiful fireplace that creates a lovely mountain atmosphere! The dishes are generous, and the quality is excellent! The service might be a little slow, but the originality of the food quickly makes you forget the wait!

24/02/2026: A deeply shocking stay due to the behavior of the hotel manager. We came for a relaxing weekend ski trip. We left feeling profoundly uneasy. From the moment we arrived, the manager made ambiguous and inappropriate remarks to my partner: persistent puns on her name, Elise ("Elise and me," "Elize me"), and comments like, "I wish I were a dog so I could be petted too," when she mentioned her love of dogs. He was also particularly intrusive during our meals, repeatedly interrupting our quiet moments together to start a conversation with her. At first, we dismissed it as clumsiness. The situation became much more concerning when he knocked on our room door late one evening to "say goodnight" to my partner. The next morning, while I was out, he came back and knocked, entering without waiting for explicit permission, under the pretext of helping with the luggage, only to tell her he found her “very pretty.” After this incident, my partner was in a state of panic. She burst into tears, deeply shocked, wondering how far the situation might have escalated if she had been alone longer. She made it clear that she would never set foot in that establishment again. A hotel should be a place where you feel safe and respected. This was absolutely not the case for us. We strongly advise against staying at this establishment, especially for women traveling alone or couples seeking a peaceful and businesslike stay.
