04/04/2024: I ordered a legendary fourme d'ambert bacon menu. I'm still looking for fourme d'ambert. The dried out chicken. The sauce tastes like chemicals. And I'm not even talking about orangina. In short, to be avoided. Because 13 euros for that, well it's not worth it. The only good thing, the corn cobette.

After making a big dumpling (😅😱let me explain: I placed an order in St Paul thinking it was Dax, arriving in Dax waiting for more than 30 minutes except I was the only one guilty of the error.) After having insulted the staff in the back of my mind, Marie appeared and solved the problem in 5 minutes flat when she could have judged me badly and left me in trouble. So I offer my most sincere apologies for this misunderstanding towards the entire team and thank Marie for her understanding, kindness and professionalism until the end. Good luck to the whole team. Nice evening from the annoying customer of order A970 78😅🤣

Special mention for the sympathy of the two young, smiling and friendly waiters!
24/03/2024: Really disappointed, very expensive value for money. Photo put on the site not at all related to what we have on the plate. In addition, the waitress is always on her cell phone. She forgot half of the cutlery and moreover she disinfects the tables leaving items like salt, pepper So product on top. Working in catering, I strongly recommend good training.

Don't look behind the bar or in the toilets, everything is dirty!

Surely a nice establishment before but in ruins!

The meal is delicious and original. Truffle and prawn ravioli on bacon cream. The cider from the chef's childhood goes well with this dish, which has a Breton touch.
The foie gras found in the Landes salad is a delight.
A fine and subtle dessert was served to us: matcha tea verrine and yuzu cream on a bed of matcha biscuits.
Yum ! 😋

The service is excellent and the professionals really care about the customers (gluten allergy for one of us, they totally respected and sought the exact answers from the kitchens).
I highly recommend!!

29/03/2024: Following the advice of our landlord in Dax we went to eat at "La Tête de l'Art". Total success. They welcomed us with unusual kindness and courtesy.
A clean and exquisitely decorated place.
We decided to try the menu of the day and we were delighted.
Salad, fish, meat and desserts, all balanced in quantity and flavor.
We recommend it 100x100
