26/03/2024: A place with original architecture where old stone is highlighted.
The meal is delicious and original. Truffle and prawn ravioli on bacon cream. The cider from the chef's childhood goes well with this dish, which has a Breton touch.
The foie gras found in the Landes salad is a delight.
A fine and subtle dessert was served to us: matcha tea verrine and yuzu cream on a bed of matcha biscuits.

29/03/2024: Following the advice of our landlord in Dax we went to eat at "La Tête de l'Art". Total success. They welcomed us with unusual kindness and courtesy.
A clean and exquisitely decorated place.
We decided to try the menu of the day and we were delighted.
Salad, fish, meat and desserts, all balanced in quantity and flavor.
We recommend it 100x100

The menus are varied which is very appreciable when you stay 3 weeks in treatment. Young, smiling, friendly and helpful staff who provides impeccable service. The icing on the cake is the possibility of eating on the terrace. I recommend this unmissable address in Dax

03/02/2024: For the second time we dined in this restaurant. We took the menu for 33€. It was delicious and filling. As a starter, very good Landes salad with foie gras, hot gizzards, ham, duck breast and salad with pine nuts. We had the butcher's cut as a main course, served with mushroom sauce and new potatoes, delicious and perfectly cooked. Dessert, chocolate fondant and pear variation. Very good. All served with a glass of wine of your choice.
The service was impeccable and the atmosphere cozy as we like.
We recommend it and will return.
10/12/2023: Already to reserve the day before, we waited 20 minutes for the secretary to finish chatting on the phone. Reserved for 4 people on Saturday evening: already upon arriving there were only 3 tables taken out of at least twenty!!!! We ordered 3 menus for 29 euros including 2 dishes, a very lightly garnished Landes salad with a sample of foie gras which was also not good (I left it on the edge of the plate) as for the dessert a supposedly chocolate fondant which looked more like a pat of butter yuck!!! Result 29 euros to eat only a meager salad is very very very expensive. Only my husband who took a menu for 33 euros was correct. Result I am very disappointed and I would advise you to move on there are much better nearby
