02/09/2026: This was our second visit to Assa in Blois, and once again, we had a wonderful time, this time shared as a family with my partner and father. The cuisine is refined, creative, and perfectly executed, with beautiful flavor combinations and meticulous presentation. You can sense a real artistic vision and a distinct identity in each dish. The service is equally impressive: professional, attentive, and pleasant, yet natural and discreet. This second visit fully confirms our initial impression: Assa is a truly exceptional restaurant in Blois, where you come as much for the quality of the food as for a truly enjoyable experience. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!

02/09/2026: Excellent restaurant with perfectly orchestrated dishes. Charming and very professional staff. The only slight drawback: I feel the setting doesn't quite live up to the quality of the cuisine and service.

31/07/2026: We ate on the terrace; the atmosphere was pleasant and the noise level was low enough to allow for conversation without raising our voices. The food was very good.

15/08/2026: We had dinner at "Les Planches" during our vacation. The tapas are delicious and homemade! The owner manages the entire establishment, from the kitchen to the service; she does everything herself with impressive energy, a smile on her face, and genuine generosity. Thank you for this excellent and delicious experience! 🫶🏻

06/08/2026: Whether on the terrace nestled among the stones or inside its jewel-like interior, you feel comfortable and, above all, extremely well received! From the smiles to the delicious food, nothing is lacking. The hostess is a true warrior who earned our admiration because she does everything herself… and everything is perfect. Right down to the tableware, which she personally selected in Italy. A minor detail? Not so much when you take the time to chat with her and realize that she still has enough energy and heart to put them into every detail. Bravo and respect! Go there, you'll see, you'll love it!

19/08/2026: My husband and I visited le Castelet recently for dinner and it was incredible! The setting was lovely, the service was friendly and attentive and the food was fresh, full of flavour and totally delicious! Would highly recommend

19/08/2026: Meal for 4 people. Very warm welcome and pleasant service. However, we were disappointed by the sparse accompaniment to the tuna tataki: bland carrot tagliatelle, and another vegetable was missing. The tataki itself was very good. This dish wasn't worth €27. The duck breast was very good, but it needed a few potatoes. The seasonal fruit pavlova was too sweet and overpriced. There was a limited selection of desserts. We had visited twice in winter and found the quality and price to be reasonable. We were disappointed this time in the summer, which is a shame!

29/08/2026: Excellent Indian restaurant! The dishes are delicious, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. A true delight for the taste buds. Special mention goes to the service, which is incredibly warm and attentive. The staff is smiling, helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

28/08/2026: Food was good and the staff was amazing.

05/08/2026: Expensive, slow service, and the pasta wasn't great despite the recommendations. €8.50 for a small glass of white wine that they served without even telling you what it was. The water and pepper mill never arrived. In short, I don't recommend it at all!

13/08/2026: We had dinner at this very nice and well-kept place... the staff welcomed us immediately and showed us to a large room... you can also eat in a mezzanine or outside... we had an excellent foie gras accompanied by jam, duck breast with truffle rice, beef tartare seasoned with egg yolk, sauce and chopped vegetables... and two glasses of red wine... everything very good!! Highly recommended ☺️

05/08/2026: Dinner enjoyed on the terrace. A very pleasant and convivial atmosphere, seated facing the restaurant's magnificent facade. A warm welcome. The service was of exceptional quality, reflected in the delicious dishes. Original dishes, a succulent goat cheese mousse, and a light, subtly sweet dessert provided a perfect ending to the meal. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

05/08/2026: The wait between courses was very long (we even had time to watch all the Star Wars movies). Otherwise, the food was good, but the price was excessive for the quality.

08/08/2026: Good value for money. The salmon bruschetta is very good. The atmosphere is quite unique; it's a mix between fast food, a café, and a bakery. The food is good and inexpensive. Limited vegetarian options.

03/08/2026: A very welcoming and warm place. The staff is very pleasant. A wide variety of choices and very affordable menus. (I should add that the bruschetta is delicious!)
