06/12/2025: The pizza was inedible. The cheese wasn't cheese, the meat had no flavor, and you couldn't find the tomato sauce. In short... when you pay 17 euros for a pizza (in a pizzeria), you expect better quality. Awful!

08/11/2025: Be careful, check your receipts before paying. We used to come here regularly, we were there last weekend and this weekend, and when it came time to pay my bill, they told us, "You came last week, you paid, our waitress made a mistake, there's a €17 discrepancy, now you have to pay." Well, no, if there was a till error, the restaurant must take responsibility, and it's not our fault. On top of that, we were called thieves. A letter will be sent to management regarding your practices. I didn't pay, and no business ever asks for payment when one of its employees makes a till error. Avoid this place! Luckily, Atlantis is much more open than this. It's no wonder you only have 3 tables per service.

25/01/2025: Deplorable service, arrogant saleswomen, look down on you and speak badly, and leave your products right in the middle on the counter in bulk, don't even bring them back to the cash register... We ask for a bag, they throw it at us like that, and manage to get your products at the other end of the counter and put them in. Unheard of, having personally worked in a bakery, it is more than unacceptable.

11/12/2025: Yesterday on 1:30am I ordered pizza Offer that buy one get one free but the delivery boy got only one pizza but he told he did nothing so I called to pizza shop they picked up and one boy start listening our problems and he end the call then I called again and again they never response.seller know they cheated and fraud to client that’s why they don’t response it my any call so I was so disappointed because I been ordered so many pizza from this shop but they lie and fraud to me so I need my money back because that I offer I ordered that pizza !

20/11/2025: If anyone was trying to reinvent the very notion of "pizza," congratulations: they succeeded. A white sea of ​​tasteless cheese, decorated with tiny islands of salmon that looked like they'd accidentally washed up there. It was as if the chef had decided to play "Where's Waldo?", but with fish crumbs. The taste? Let's just say my stomach went on strike. Between the heavy cheese and the salmon that barely convinced me it was actually salmon, the experience quickly became… memorable, but not in a good way. And to top it all off, I even got a "surprise topping": a hair delicately placed on the pizza, as if someone wanted to add a personal touch to the dish. A true gastronomic experience… but probably not the one you were hoping for.

I stand by my position and still don't really recommend... -- It's all good when it's going well...but if their customer service exists (which I sincerely doubt), then it's definitely the worst I've ever had. This is the evil of online sales on the internet: we make a pretty site, we put photos of smiling babies, but in the end there is nothing behind it in terms of customer service when we need it. Example: the telephone number does not address anything: 1. we encourage you to send an email (unless it is urgent) and we say goodbye, then 2. we are on hold (since I consider the problem urgent) , and in the end it hangs up. Please note: I have tried to call at several times and on several different days, and it is always the same. I even called at 10 a.m. sharp (at opening), and nothing changed. To summarize, if your order is not important, yes, place an order here... if your impressions matter to you, move on because in the event of a problem, NO ONE is there! This kind of operation disgusts me. In short, I'm moving on!
