We were fortunate enough to be upgraded and thank the staff for this thoughtful touch. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the hotel as a whole, was impeccable. We have absolutely no complaints; well done and thank you to the cleaning team. We dined at the restaurant with a special menu for that evening. Thank you to the chef for the delicious dishes. If I had one comment, it would be about the portion sizes—perhaps not quite enough, but that's just my opinion. The service was pleasant; thank you to the lady and the bartender for their warm welcome and kindness. Thank you also to the reception team, who were professional, friendly, and helpful.
