12/04/2026: Overall, the brasserie is decent, but the food is rather mediocre. It can still be a pleasant place for a quick bite and a chat with friends. However, the service was truly disappointing. On this particular Sunday, it was clear the waitress didn't want to be there: no smile, little politeness, and no particular attention to detail. As a manager, it would be essential to hold a team meeting to address this and improve the customer experience.

16/08/2026: Outrageous! I ordered this evening at 6:15 PM for a scheduled delivery at 7:10 PM. It's now 9:50 PM and my pizzas have still not arrived, despite the restaurant validating and confirming my order. I haven't heard from them since; they don't even answer the phone! Avoid at all costs!!! This is the second time I've ordered from this restaurant, and the first time they accepted my order before canceling it more than 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again, but now… Don't accept or confirm orders if you can't honor your commitments, and at least have the decency to inform people of your incompetence. My children were extremely disappointed not to receive their pizzas.

13/07/2026: Passing through, we opted for a drink at Waldeck and ended up having lunch: a sharing platter, daily specials, and a gourmet coffee. All for €22 per person. Unbeatable value for money, lovely service, and water for dogs. In short, an excellent time.

20/04/2026: This restaurant deserves five stars! The waitresses are incredibly friendly; you're greeted with smiles as soon as you walk in. The dishes are delicious and original. Kudos to the kitchen! I often go here with my daughter; we meet for lunch. Don't change a thing!

03/05/2026: A wonderful experience! The chocolates are excellent, but it's the service that truly makes the difference. The sales assistant is exceptionally kind, always smiling and genuinely attentive. She gave me invaluable advice on personalizing my gift boxes. I highly recommend it!

10/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the atmosphere… well, mostly because we had to entertain ourselves. As for the rest, an absolutely memorable experience… but not in a good way. The carbonara pasta was so bland it tasted like it had been made with water. No flavor, no enjoyment. And because a meal without surprises would be too simple, we also got a little surprise extra: hairs on the fries. Apparently, it's the new house topping. 🤢 As for the service, there were two waiters: a young woman and a young man. It was very difficult to know what was making them laugh so much, since they seemed to chuckle every time a customer walked by. Perhaps some kind of novel entertainment concept: a restaurant where customers don't know whether to eat or participate in the show. Special mention, though, to the atmosphere: 5/5. We were served so well that we ended up having to make ourselves laugh. 😂 In short, if you're looking for bland carbonara, fries with a surprise extra charge, and free entertainment provided by the staff, you've come to the right place. For us, it was a first... and definitely a last. 👋

12/06/2026: Always excellent, both the food and the pastries. The Nantes cake is delicious. A very good place for lunch. No complaints about the drinks. Everything is perfect, except the prices, which are slowly but surely increasing, despite the free labor!

28/05/2026: Excellent price / quality place, like the Vatel school restaurant. It's ran by hotel and restauration students so the prices are low while the quality is high.
