01/11/2025: We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday and my parents' birthday. The service and cuisine were exceptional. The five-course wine pairing menu was magnificent, bursting with flavor. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Special mention goes to the sommelier, who was very professional and passionate about her work. One of the best restaurants in Nantes, easily rivaling Michelin-starred establishments.

08/02/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant. We receive a warm welcome and are well looked after throughout the meal. The food is excellent and the portions are just right.

07/02/2026: It's a shame our server didn't present the dishes, especially the desserts. Unlike the other diners, he wasn't very friendly. That was the only downside. Otherwise, it was great!

21/02/2026: The welcome was perfect, and the service was friendly and efficient. The food was quite good (I personally enjoyed a perfectly delicious roasted Camembert). A nice bonus was the option to dine from 6:30 pm onwards if there was a show at the Zénith, which is very close by via the footbridge. All in all, excellent.

27/12/2025: A very disappointing experience at Subway. During a promotional period featuring daily specials, the offer was neither advertised nor automatically applied. If you didn't ask for it, you paid full price, which is clearly unacceptable. Regarding portion sizes, the difference compared to other Subway locations is striking. Elsewhere, the staff are generous. Here, not at all: the portions are tiny, and you have to ask several times to get something decent. The attitude of some employees leaves much to be desired: unfriendly, uninvolved, with a general impression of a lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. Between the lack of transparency, the stingy portions, and the unpleasant service, I won't be going back.

13/12/2025: I've never seen such incompetent people. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye. They were speaking to each other in another language, even though we're in France. The state of the kitchen was deplorable, not to mention the state of the sandwich. For €11, I'd expect something 100 times better, seriously.

20/02/2026: The staff are friendly and very welcoming, the food is good, well-prepared and attractively presented. A great place for a quick lunch or a more relaxed meal!

12/02/2026: Nothing special for the second time. Although the food was decent, the welcome was still mediocre and the service left much to be desired. The owner needs to delegate a bit more. She should trust the servers, who are undoubtedly competent. It's a series of service missteps, with recurring delays and oversights. There's definitely much more they can do. What a shame!

11/07/2025: We came for dinner for 3, and the meal was served quickly by responsive and pleasant staff. Nothing to complain about. However, as for what was on the plate... 😟 I ordered the Chorizo ​​and Cheddar Quesadillas out of curiosity, and well, they made me regret being curious. They arrived reheated and limp, with ingredients that you can find for €12 a kilo at Métro. Same for the sauces. The fries that came with the dish were relatively good, but at €17.50 a dish, thank goodness the fries were good 👍 I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, even though the service was exemplary (I'll say that again to avoid the waiters getting a slap on the wrist)!
