12/01/2026: Avoid this place! I found a long hair in my plate, and my child vomited everything up that evening when we got home. Disappointed. We waited an hour to be served, which is outrageous. Plus, they looked unhappy.

11/09/2026: I discovered the terraces of La Gournerie at my friends' wedding. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior spoiled part of the evening: he was particularly unpleasant, overbearing, and constantly on our backs, even grabbing our arms as we walked in with our drinks, afraid of damaging his parquet floor. One can understand the constraints of a venue, but the way guests are treated, especially at a wedding, is essential. We felt more like we were being watched than welcomed. I am especially sorry for the bride and groom, who deserved to fully enjoy their day without having to endure such a burdensome attitude. Special mention, however, to the other members of the team, who demonstrated professionalism.

11/09/2026: Beautiful location. The cocktails and food were excellent. The staff were very charming. One small drawback: the manager should consider a different career given his unsociability and unpleasant behavior.

09/09/2026: I used to come to this establishment regularly, and I find it a bit disrespectful that they didn't specify that it was closing permanently instead of indicating that it would reopen in mid-August after their holiday break. It's a shame; I enjoyed this place.

22/04/2026: A pub called Guinness Serving Guinness with an unsuitable tap Honestly, not good, especially at €8 a pint! The answer: the Guinness had no taste, no texture in either the beer or the head, nothing like a Guinness. If it's not the tap, then your keg is watered down; I can't see any other explanation.

05/03/2026: One-night stay for an evening business trip. Very welcoming and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, excellent evening meal with a varied buffet of starters and desserts – one of the best Campanile hotels I've stayed in.

27/07/2026: As a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, I have never received such poor service in a Kusmi Tea boutique. I am extremely disappointed by the reception I received during my last visit to the Kusmi Tea store in Atlantis Saint-Herblain on July 23rd! The new sales assistant (perhaps the new store manager) was particularly unpleasant, haughty, and disrespectful towards me as a customer. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were far removed from the values ​​of advice, quality, and service that I have always associated with Kusmi Tea. After 15 years of loyalty to the brand, this experience leaves a bitter taste. A good product is not enough: customer service and respect are also part of the in-store experience. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into account, as such behavior can cause customers to lose their loyalty.

07/03/2026: Overall good, but the menu is a bit misleading. I ordered linguine salsa al limone with sundried tomatoes and olives, but it was actually fresh pasta in a little olive oil, served with a quarter of a lemon, a quarter of a sundried tomato, and a green olive. You could remove the plural from the side dishes on the menu, so €14 for pasta in olive oil is very disappointing and expensive! Anyway, the restaurant is clean, the service is pleasant, and there wasn't too long a wait, so it's a shame about the dish.

23/10/2026: We asked about the origin and breed of the meat, but they told us it was European and the breed was unknown, even though they sell Angus beef. Behind us, someone muttered, "They won't be able to tell the difference." The food service was slow; don't be in a hurry. And the staff were rather unfriendly. The owner told us, "If you're not happy, have a bad day."

23/10/2026: The name Black Angus is a sham; it evokes a breed of beef renowned for its quality. After sitting down and ordering, we asked if the rib-eye steaks we had chosen were Angus. The young woman, a little annoyed, went to ask, and it turned out that only the hanger steak was Angus; the rest of the cuts were from a European breed, we were told. Not even French. We even overheard one of the cooks say to his colleague, thinking he was being funny, "It's a dirty breed." Well, no comment, but seeing our disappointment, he told the waitress that we wouldn't be able to tell the difference. We then witnessed the arrival of someone craving attention, probably the owner or manager, in his forties, arrogant and pretentious, making snide remarks to the staff. A pathetic spectacle… However, it must be said that the meat was good and well-cooked. But frankly, we won't be going back.

25/09/2026: A very bad experience at Saveurs d’Asie. I came with my 9-and-a-half-year-old daughter, who is 1.38 m tall. In the restaurant, there are height markers on the wall for children, specifically at 1.20 m and 1.40 m. The child's price is €6 up to 1.20 m, then €11.50 from 1.20 m upwards. My daughter is 1.38 m tall, yet she was charged the adult price, even though she is only 9 and a half. She was wearing her shoes when she was measured. I find this practice particularly unacceptable and very disappointing. In my opinion, it's not a fair way to treat families. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning.

24/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The service was incredible; the waiter was so kind, smiling, and attentive. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend it.

05/09/2026: The pizza I received was incomplete. I called the restaurant and sent them photos to show the problem. They acknowledged the issue but still refused to do anything about it. Very disappointing, especially for a delivery order.

09/10/2026: We were served very quickly, notably by Maud, as we had a concert afterwards. We ate very well. We'll be back!

12/10/2026: I went to meet some friends who were eating there on Monday evening at 8:50 pm. The restaurant was practically empty. Having already eaten at home (my friends told me it was 8:30 pm), they let me in and join their table. When I explained that I didn't want to eat but just have a drink, they kicked me out rudely. They're really not nice, and I don't like their food at all; it's poor quality.
