12/12/2025: I've tried several times to fill my tea tins, but without success. The customer in front of me wanted to fill theirs, but unfortunately, it's impossible... The full-size tea tin is empty. The saleswoman is offering pre-filled tins; is this a sales tactic? Are the large tea tins just for decoration? I wonder... The saleswoman is pleasant enough, though; it's not her fault, it's more the management's. I'd love to fill the empty tin; will it ever be filled? To be continued.

03/12/2025: Avoid at all costs… the quality is extremely poor, it's a far cry from the steakhouse in Nantes. Unlimited fries, but they're very low quality and overcooked. No bread on the table, and after 30 minutes, still no waiter for our aperitif. And to top it all off—and this is the first time this has ever happened to me—they didn't even ask, "How was everything, ladies and gentlemen?" Unbelievable… this restaurant is just a cash cow. The owner is clearly not a restaurateur; he must have been selling washing machines before buying the place… run, run away!!!!

22/11/2025: Avoid at all costs!!! It took far too long to order even just an aperitif. My partner had to go and report that other tables that arrived after us had already been served. The meat wasn't cooked as ordered. The fries were so bad you could break your teeth on them. There was no bread on the table. It's the first time I've ever left a restaurant hungry and no one asked me how I felt!!! The new owner should be ashamed of being nothing more than a cash cow. Utterly disappointing; it used to be a good place.

09/12/2025: We understand perfectly well that it's a restaurant and that some people don't appreciate just having a drink. No problem: everyone has their own policy, even the most... rigid. But how did they tell us? A man who blurted out: "No, we're a restaurant here, you have to eat too." Clearly, the phrase "sorry, we don't have a bar" was either too long or too polite to be on their menu. And when you look at the other reviews, everything becomes clear: the welcome we received seems perfectly aligned with the quality of the food served. At least they have a certain consistency... unfortunately not the kind you expect from an establishment. In short, if you're looking for a place where they make you feel the weight of your presence even before you sit down, you'll find it. For everyone else, it's best to avoid this place where the light of hospitality seems to have gone out long ago.

22/11/2025: Excellent service, lively from start to finish thanks to the young Titouan, who had a very professional and smiling attitude.

24/01/2026: Nothing was good, and even though I'm a huge sushi fan, I had to pass... I was very disappointed. The Chinese noodles were awful, the beef with salted caramel was excessively sweet... The dessert bar wasn't any better.

12/01/2026: Very good for a reasonable price, the only downside is that there's only one toilet available for both men and women

24/01/2026: A completely terrible experience. Seated at our table, we waited 30 minutes despite repeated requests to place our order. Five tables seated after us were served before us. We left, with no apology.

18/01/2026: FLUXIA CONFLUENCE KITCHEN HYGIENE REVIEW Following the closure of one of their locations (Fluxia Confluence), I had to go directly into the kitchens to retrieve some furniture I had purchased at auction. I should also mention that I'm only speaking from my personal experience. I haven't actually eaten at these restaurants. I also read a review about worms being found in a dish... so honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it was similar. I recently spent about thirty hours cleaning their refrigerated marble pizza tables and a few stainless steel tables. I'll get straight to the point. The most shocking thing at first was the fruit flies that covered the floor, and the grease absolutely everywhere. We're talking about actual layers of grease deposited on the furniture, accumulated over a long time, sticky and slimy. But the worst was yet to come: inside the cabinet, near the ducts, there were cockroaches. I saw about ten dead ones while I was cleaning. And the entire kitchen was in a similar state. Even worse: I found two dead baby rats in the cabinet and a whole host of unidentified insects. I'm attaching a photo of the kitchen and another of the state of the refrigeration system in my refrigerated pizza cabinet. I'm referring to the FLUXIA CONFLUENCE, the one that closed down a few months ago. But this one seems very similar based on the reviews. Go ahead and buy it with caution.

09/07/2025: I ordered a two-euro stuffed animal. Obviously, I hadn't checked, but it wasn't in the package. It's a steal. First time I've been to this McDonald's, and it will be the last.
