21/07/2026: I don't know what to think of this restaurant. We arrived first, but were among the last to leave because the service was incredibly slow. The meal was decent, although some of it was clearly not made on-site. As for the drinks, you shouldn't be too concerned about the bartender's hygiene. The same gloved hand used to cut fruit or handle ingredients was also used to open the trash can—which, ironically, has a foot pedal! And let's not even mention the ice machine door, which is closed with a foot pedal and then reopened with the same hand that prepares your drinks... And it's a bit pricey for the quality of the drinks and food. In short...

18/07/2026: The service was far too slow due to poor organization and total inefficiency. I do not recommend it; avoid it!

21/08/2026: Long wait times despite few customers. Dirty tables and chairs. Filthy toilets, a nauseating smell... ugh.

20/08/2026: Hello, I am writing to inform you of a very concerning situation I have observed at the McDonald's Nantes Atlantis restaurant. As a loyal customer for years, whether dining alone, with family, or with friends, I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by the overall state of this well-known chain. Upon my arrival, the tables were dirty and uncleaned, and food was scattered everywhere. Customers were desperately searching for clean seats, expressing their dissatisfaction. The trash cans were overflowing, trays were piled up at the entrance, and no staff seemed to be responsible for cleaning. Even worse, several pieces of furniture are broken, including chairs, armchairs, and benches. I myself fell off a defective bench, injuring my back. This situation is dangerous and completely unacceptable. The restrooms, however, are in a worryingly unsanitary state, which raises legitimate questions about the overall hygiene of the site, including the kitchen. A quick look at the numerous Google reviews reveals that this concern is shared by many customers. For a brand renowned for its quality and high standards, and especially in a center as busy as Atlantis, this situation seriously damages your reputation. I sincerely hope that swift action, inspections, and improvements will be implemented to restore the level of cleanliness, safety, and service that meets your standards. 22/08/2026: Avoid McDonald's at all costs. Zero friendliness, zero service. We ordered four meals at 4:11 PM and waited 20 minutes for fries and potatoes! And that was only because we went to complain twice. You can tell the reheated nuggets are obvious, it's outrageous, and the same goes for the reheated potatoes. It's unacceptable to do this kind of thing; all we wanted to do was leave as quickly as possible. Honestly, McDonald's service is getting worse and worse. Oh, and the dirty tables! The manager needs to be reprimanded.
