26/01/2026: You can't order a children's menu even if you're an adult, unlike everywhere else where you can. If a child wants an adult menu, they pay; I don't see the problem. And a friend who's with us can't sit with us if they're not ordering anything... It's ridiculous, Pitaya... In every other restaurant or bar, if a friend isn't ordering and wants to sit with you, that's possible, thankfully. Their restaurant is always empty; we're the only customers, but it's a problem. And there's always a table for two if there are two of us, never four. You never know if a busload of Chinese tourists might show up! 😂😂😂 The welcome is cold; the woman is condescending and doesn't know anything about customer service or loyalty programs... Luckily the food is good, otherwise I wouldn't go there anymore.

02/12/2025: My partner and I came for a drink, but we ended up ordering tapas instead of just one. The decor is really well thought out. Everything here is homemade, and you can tell—it's really delicious (especially the samosas, a real treat). The atmosphere is fantastic, and believe me, Enola is a big part of that—she's a real ray of sunshine. I recommend this place without hesitation!

30/10/2025: The food was fantastic, absolutely delicious, but I made the mistake of not asking when I arrived if they accepted restaurant vouchers, so my Swile card was refused when I went to pay the bill. They only accept credit cards. It's good to know, otherwise, the food is excellent.

21/01/2026: I placed an Uber Eats order today. The driver only gave me half of it. I only received the drinks, and when I called McDonald's, no one knew where my order had gone. The manager refused to give me a refund and told me to come pick up the order myself if I wanted (?!?) or to request a refund, but even then, I had to go to the restaurant! Luckily, I had complete faith in my Uber Eats driver, who made the trip back and forth to pick up the hot order on his own, wasting his work time. To top it all off, the small French fry and the Happy Meal toy were missing. Shameful! I'm a regular customer, and every time there are little things missing from the order—the Happy Meal toy or a French fry—I never complain, but this is unacceptable. It's simply unacceptable for a company like McDonald's to treat its customers this way.

20/01/2026: I ate lunch at my desk today. The fries were cold, and the BBQ sauce with the nuggets was missing. So I went back to McDonald's to get my sauce. Since I didn't have a receipt or a bag to "prove" I'd ordered, I couldn't get any sauce. I didn't even bother trying to justify myself any further; it was ridiculous.

11/02/2026: Stopped by for lunch today. I tried this restaurant; it's very good value and cost less than €13 for lunch. Admittedly, there isn't a huge selection, but for those on a budget, it's a great place. I recommend it. It's not top-notch, but what can you expect at €13 per person? The set menu and price are fair for the price.

03/01/2026: Very disappointed. I hadn't been back for a few years and I won't be going back. Twice my wife found metal wires in her pizza! Yet, a second pizza was made after three wires were discovered. The pizzas are small, and my cheese pizza was sickening: goat cheese, Emmental, and Camembert!? The crust wasn't cooked enough. Okay, they offered a discount on the bill, but it's not enough to make me return. Furthermore, the dining room and restrooms could use some attention to detail and a more refined atmosphere.

06/11/2025: A huge disappointment! During a weekend in Orléans, we discovered this restaurant. Well located, we got in easily. In the mezze selection, they serve potatoes instead of batata harra (freshly cut and spiced potatoes). Surprised when the owner served us these potatoes, I asked her if they were fresh potatoes (without daring to tell her that potatoes are American, not Lebanese)... she answered yes, a blatant lie. The meat served was awful... the shish taouk, chicken that should have been well marinated in pieces, HAD NO TASTE! A €30.50 set menu! Served with bagged salad! For the children, we ordered shawarma. The meat wasn't fresh, it was vacuum-packed, the bagged salad served with frozen potatoes for... €16, AWFUL, and the portion was tiny. Wine lovers might find something to their liking, as it's a wine cellar. But for those who want to discover Lebanese cuisine or simply eat Lebanese food... run away! It's expensive and awful. However, the hummus is good. I don't understand these restaurateurs who dare to serve such products... frozen and vacuum-packed at exorbitant prices. You've been warned... unless you choose the cold mezze... a menu without meat, salad, or batata harra. Respect your customers and our taste buds! A good fast-food restaurant serves you a shawarma sandwich with batata harra, fresh meat, and garlic sauce... for 40% less... and it's more generous. A very laconic and disrespectful response from the owner after two years. I understand the other negative reviews better now. I would have thought that silence implies consent to improvement. I wish you a happy retirement!

05/09/2025: Sick as hell. I've been sitting on the toilet seat for two days. Not only was it bad, but I've also lost 3 kg. And six of my friends are in the same state.

27/01/2026: Hotel with average comfort, smell of wet dog in the room, unacceptable given the price for one night. In early January, with wintry temperatures and 5cm of snow outside, the thermostat wasn't set and didn't work despite the intervention of a receptionist, so there was no heating in the room during the night. There was a strong smell of urine in the communal toilets near the ground floor rooms. I strongly advise against this hotel, located near the Orléans University Hospital, where I was accompanying a loved one at the end of their life. Given the well-known standard of Novotel hotels, I thought I would be able to rest during this difficult time, but it was quite the opposite. Extremely disappointed.

27/01/2026: We've been coming here for several years; the place is very pleasant and peaceful. The rooms are very comfortable, and the meals are varied and delicious. The staff is very attentive. I highly recommend it.
