14/03/2026: A superb tea room where we often come for afternoon tea on Saturdays. The cakes are extraordinary. The best lemon tart I've ever eaten. Everything is excellent, a true pastry shop, the likes of which are becoming rare. My favorites are the squirrel, the Paris-Brest, and of course, the lemon tart.

28/07/2026: Very good food. Quick and friendly service. The atmosphere was friendly. The evening guy was really nice and hardworking person. I recognized his effort and work ethics and gave a rewarding tip. Well deserved!! BRAVO 👏

16/07/2026: I bought a kebab for lunch today, and the meat smelled awful. I'm really disappointed because I called to report the problem and return the meal, but the man wouldn't believe me. I still had to pay over €30 without getting a refund! You've just lost four customers.

02/07/2026: 10 PM, empty terrace, we placed a takeout order that we then decided to eat on the terrace. Big mistake! The multi-skilled waiter rushed over to tell us to leave. Unheard of. The dish itself was awful, but ultimately, it was more in line with the staff's performance. I now understand the Google reviews, and I can't wait to see them try to justify themselves in response to this comment by inventing some lame excuse in broken French. If you want something of quality, go to Siams or So'Pho.

02/07/2026: Bad food and aggressive staff. It makes you wonder what the chain is doing letting staff ruin the brand. They need to clean house. Their response to comments proves it: "Yes, indeed, it's not possible to..." when in fact, all of that is possible in every other restaurant. I'm a regular at Pitaya, and they're a disgrace to the chain. The restaurant was empty; I understand why. They'll most likely close soon, and their practices will disappear with them, making way for a much more welcoming restaurant. If you're hesitating: there's an excellent Thai restaurant 100 meters away, So'Pho!

05/08/2026: We came last night (Tuesday), the atmosphere was fantastic. The food was excellent, simple, just like home cooking! We had open-faced sandwiches, which were delicious and very generous. The waitress deserves a standing ovation; she always had a joke to tell, a big smile, was energetic, and very pleasant! The service was quick and efficient. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a nice place to eat and have a good time :)

31/07/2026: The service is friendly, but depending on the time of day, you need to be very patient. The food is decent and honest, but nothing special. The setting is nice, so why not...

30/06/2026: It's a shame the interior isn't air-conditioned when it's 40 degrees Celsius, despite the generous shade under the trees.

29/07/2026: I wanted to leave a review for the employee who spoke to me today at the McDonald's across from Place d'Arc. The male employee, with light eyes, short hair, a beard, and short stature, who was on duty this evening, was very unpleasant. He seemed indifferent and uninterested in my request. He was packing Happy Meal boxes, repeating the same phrase without even looking at me. He didn't care, even though I tried to have a polite conversation to make myself understood. I'm a regular customer at this McDonald's, and this has never happened to me before. I will never go back. Sincerely.

23/07/2026: Pistachio sundae is way too expensive for what it is. It's not small, it's tiny, about an inch high.

07/03/2026: It was good but nothing special. Served on dirty and chipped plates, the floor was sticky, I was disappointed with the service.

27/02/2026: Retro atmosphere and lots of fun. Great for kids and adults alike. Homemade food at affordable prices. Small menu that changes regularly. We loved it. Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommended!

18/07/2026: People find it so easy these days to hide behind their screens and leave bad reviews instead of talking directly to the business owner. They don't realize the impact of their "reviews," while the people who work here have been here for years and dedicate their time to feeding us. The service and atmosphere are friendly. Everything is delicious at this kebab shop; it's one of the few where the meat is this good. YES, IT'S ONE OF THE BEST KEBABS IN ORLÉANS, AND IT HAS BEEN FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

28/07/2026: A great place for a delicious snack: gourmet waffles, gourmet drinks, etc. I highly recommend it!

09/07/2026: The waffles are excellent, the milkshakes are very indulgent. Treat yourself to an afternoon snack!

19/07/2026: The amuse-bouche was a piece of melon with its rind on and peppered—really not great for an establishment of this type. As for the main courses, the cold side dishes with the meat and fish were not good at all. (Cold beans with the meat and a mille-feuille of eggplant and tomato with the fish). We didn't have dessert but did take a few pieces of cheese from a small platter. (Limited selection, but acceptable). The staff was pleasant, however. It's a shame about the food. The price of the set menus demands a higher level of culinary quality than what we found. I won't be going back.

28/06/2026: Overall we were satisfied, starter, main course, dessert, nothing to complain about, service too, downside the waitress came with the cheese platter without telling us it wasn't included in the menu, €14 for 3 pieces of cheese, we didn't appreciate discovering it when the bill arrived, it's a shame.

04/05/2026: I just ordered a Pad Thai. Still delicious, but incredibly salty… so it became sickening after just a few bites. What a shame! But that won't stop me from coming back. I'll just go easy on the saltiness.
