16/05/2026: The restaurant is obviously very nice thanks to its vintage decor; the place's biggest plus. However, the service was quite slow, and the waitress seemed eager to leave towards the end, even though we had taken our order after 25 minutes. My salmon tartare was made with unripe avocado, which was a huge disappointment. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she replied, "Sorry." No, the appropriate response would have been, "I'll report it to the kitchen, and I'll offer you a free coffee/something to make up for it." Having a great concept isn't everything; the waitresses and waitresses are the heart and soul of the place. If they don't keep the business running smoothly, it won't work. Our son loved spending his time reading old comics, and I'll cherish that memory for my family. But as for the "home-style cooking" aspect, there's still a bit of heart to be put into it. 😉

22/02/2026: We had dinner at Taj Mahal in Orléans with my two children and, as always, we weren't disappointed. It's our favorite place to enjoy Indian cuisine in Orléans. The dishes are always so flavorful and aromatic: you truly feel transported to India from the very first bite. For starters, we tried the samosas, which were delicious and perfectly spiced. Then, I had the lamb curry, which was tender and full of flavor, and my children chose the chicken masala, which they loved. The cheese naans and rice were also very good as side dishes. The owner is very friendly and the welcome is warm, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. One small suggestion for improvement: perhaps a slight refresh of the decor. But this doesn't detract from the quality of the food or the pleasure we get from returning. A truly excellent restaurant in Orléans that I highly recommend!

29/08/2025: A beer menu that changes regularly with consistently excellent choices. If making a decision is difficult, no problem! A tasting menu is available, and the servers' recommendations are always helpful. They know their products well, and chatting with them is always a pleasure. A very pleasant place to have a drink, but the raclette evening is also worth checking out. A great deal offering excellent value for money and service.

15/05/2026: McDonald's is disgusting, with a musty smell in the back and cockroaches inside that you can see right in front of the counter. I don't understand why it's still open. When I came to get takeout with my nephews, they found a dead insect in their Happy Meal box... The hygiene clearly needs improvement.

22/04/2026: Excellent dinner at an unbeatable price: amuse-bouche, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and petits fours for... €41!!! Gourmet and original cuisine—oh, that cream puff with tomato pissalat as a starter! A delight! We'll be back.

22/04/2026: We booked for four people. In the past, we've generally received a friendly welcome, with our coats taken, etc. Yesterday, nothing, not even a smile! To top it all off, the portions were tiny, completely out of proportion to the price (we ordered à la carte), and to make matters worse, the coffee was served at the same time as the salad! Unacceptable for a restaurant that's supposed to be good quality! There weren't even any petits fours to accompany the coffee...

24/04/2026: It's absolutely delicious!! The couscous is amazing! The couscous with homemade merguez sausages, wow! On most of my visits to this restaurant, I've received a warm welcome. I love the decor; it's so exotic, it makes you feel like you're far away from Orléans. If you make a reservation at this restaurant and your loved ones cancel at the last minute, even just a few minutes before, please remember to call the restaurant to let them know.

22/04/2026: Never arrive at 11:55, it's not opening time! It opens at noon, period 😋 They don't tell you this, but the welcome, the looks, and the attitude will make it clear. Otherwise, the food is good. The portions are smaller than I've seen, especially since the bill is quite steep 😕 Overall, a bit disappointed.

27/11/2025: Great atmosphere with music and a sofa! The staff is very friendly, except for the gentleman who, after drinking, made misogynistic remarks.

17/05/2026: Extremely disappointing. I can't give it zero stars because it's impossible. We waited an hour and still hadn't received our food: a Caesar salad and a Welsh rarebit. The waiter didn't even glance at us, offered no explanation for the long wait, and despite all that, we were still charged without a word of apology. Avoid this place at all costs; it's the worst restaurant ever.

18/01/2026: Long waits during the week, 40 minutes for a plate of pâté and a Montbéliard salad; some people left without having dessert. A victim of their own success in terms of both the quality and price of the food, I suppose. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the food was good quality.

22/11/2025: Fantastic brasserie! Top-notch welcome! Perfect service 👍 Typical brasserie atmosphere… Beaujolais Nouveau, daily specials, and conversations with the next table! The owner is present and genuinely cares about offering a good, homemade, and affordable meal! Nothing to complain about except one thing: remember to book!

07/05/2026: The pizza was excellent, not burnt, and very appetizing. The servers were pleasant and professional. The owner was friendly and very welcoming. It's best to book in advance, as it's a popular spot with a terrace and a great atmosphere, frequented by real Italians.
