04/04/2024: It's been a while since I've been here... I discover lifeless staff who are very unwelcoming, ignoring us who have other things to do... The cook, with unpleasant thoughts... let me explain... I was with my granddaughter who had a burger (I think)..the buzzer that we gave at the cash register rang, I moved with my granddaughter..and when I arrived in front of the grill...I tell my little girl..."you see it's ready!" And then the cook said to me..."well yes! I called you!"...I didn't answer anything I take a Savoyard turkey escalope.. I bring my ticket to the Grill.. I am told “no! It’s there” while showing me the pizza counter.. I go there. They tell me “you have to wait 10 minutes for cooking time..."ok" I leave and come back to the pizza counter...and there they say "it's down there" at the GRILL counter!!!". It's all very logical...benches worthy of the dump. .holes everywhere... I don't think I'll go back there anytime soon..

08/03/2024: No need to introduce the Starbucks chain, the lounge located in the 4 Temps shopping center in La Défense is often crowded, although there is a covered but outdoor terrace, therefore cold. There is also often a long queue to order. The staff is generally pleasant, although some have a little work to do. The drinks are well presented and prepared compared to some other lounges (good dose of whipped cream for fans, and very well dosed matcha and syrups). There are often (recurring!!) problems with the loyalty card with baristas who do not control their cash register (forced to make complaints afterwards). The whole thing remains very correct for a Starbucks.

25/03/2024: Very disappointing experience, and services certainly not up to the standard of a starred restaurant, and in any case not up to our expectations. Nor the price. The starter: mackerel smothered with a saffron condiment that is way too vinegary. The scallops were completely killed by the power of the broccoli which had no interest in this dish. The waiter announces to us in his description a “wonderful endive leaf” (sic) which was just an ordinary endive leaf garnished with an apple brunoise without the slightest taste. In blind tasting, I challenge anyone to recognize the nature of this brunoise. As for the main course, the meat was much too firm (chuck on a starred menu?!?…), the beetroot was much too salty, and the onion compote and shitaki emulsion were barely warm… For dessert, the apple sorbet triangle was apple in name only because it had absolutely no taste. Finally, to top it all off, the coffees served were barely lukewarm… For the service, a waiter delivering familiar humor worthy of a café counter each time we pass, and reciting in an incomprehensible way the description of the dishes with obviously the desire for it to end quickly. In short, extreme disappointment on all levels, apart from the magnificent setting of the abbey and the advice for choosing wines…

24/03/2024: Cuisine of great finesse and very inspired. Really well done to the chef.. On the other hand, service (or kitchen?) is too long: + 3 hours even though we arrived at 12:15 p.m. (in accordance with our reservation to be able to do visits in the afternoon). Finally disappointment with the wines in the “emotion tasting menu” (best wine menu). Slightly flat wines, always a note of acidity. On the paleron, a wine with more fruit would have been better. Emotion about the wines is not there.

02/04/2024: We often write when we are unhappy, but we have to know how to take the time to enjoy it and write it when everything is perfect. Wonderful memory of Joe Carpa on two occasions. The setting is magnificent, the service really pleasant and calm, the cuisine excellent. The ristotos are always incredible. Thank you to the teams for all their work. Well done.

31/03/2024: We are used to coming to this restaurant, And last night, a very bad evening!!! Very very long service from aperitif to dessert, there were 5 of us on a table of 4 even though we had reserved but not taken into account. As for the beef tartare, usually we taste the sauce before and not last night, the verdict was not very good, and I didn't want to wait another 1.5 hours if I made a request to make a tartare again. Too bad because we came often.

11/05/2024: Bad service No politeness I had to wait in front of the coffee service, no waiter came to see me, borderline snobbery...

10/05/2024: Damn terminal poorly explained so well that 2 salads were ordered, one of which was wrong. No ticket obtained. But good for the reimbursement accepted a manager came to tell us that we had ordered 2 he did not want to reimburse us. Afterwards he changed his mind. I don't usually go to this chain. I accompanied my son but certainly not alone.

13/05/2024: I find that the new waitresses are extremely unpleasant, she doesn't smile, we just have the impression of bothering them in their work.

12/05/2024: Early evening, not many people in the bar... we introduce ourselves in a small group, everyone returns when my turn arrives. Joseph the bouncer looks at me and tells me that I can't come in, that he saw me yesterday and that I started a fight. Incomprehension I tell him that it’s the first time I’ve come here. He doesn't want to know anything. The next day I come back, always with the same people, we return under the pretext that Joseph knows us. We should think about changing bouncers

28/03/2024: Babies have to pay €5.90, I've never seen that in another restaurant. After asking the waiter he insisted even if he eats just one fries it was 5.90. We had already visited this restaurant unfortunately we are really disappointed. So I no longer recommend this restaurant at all 😔

15/03/2024: We ate very well, the wine list is impressive. A very attentive team, the same day and the next day when we returned to ask for information on the wines.

18/02/2024: At first glance a classic brasserie with sober decor. We were attracted by the menu displayed on the site, but it was no longer on the menu. The “fresh” fries are frozen, our barely finished plates and our unfinished glass were taken away. The waffle clearly reheated in the microwave had no appearance, soft and barely presented on its plate. Very disapointed.
