Service was friendly and efficient, with ambience making it into the Parisian upper quartile. Well worth a visit if you're in the Bastille/Marais area.

17/07/2026: Incredible dinner! The carbonara was perfect, I had 4 carbonaras in Italy and this one was the best! The waiter was worried I didn’t like my food because I barely ate it but I have had surgery on my stomach so I can only eat small amounts! The food was perfect I really enjoyed it! The tiramisu was perfect too! Merci 🫶🏻

10/07/2026: A fantastic find! The atmosphere is incredibly clean, calming, and truly cozy; you feel right at home. The manager is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and her cheerful disposition puts you at ease from the very beginning. As for the food, it's a delight and, above all, very generous! A super friendly and warm place where the food is excellent. You can go without hesitation!

17/05/2026: Passing through Angers before heading back to Paris, we tried La Soufflerie to discover the concept. The idea of ​​a soufflé is original and a welcome change from traditional restaurants. We ordered a Savoyard soufflé, a ham and cheese soufflé, a salmon and spinach galette, and two sweet strawberry soufflés. Honestly, it wasn't bad, but we left rather disappointed. Perhaps I'm not a big fan of soufflés, but overall we felt they lacked a bit of flavor and depth. We were expecting something more indulgent and with more pronounced flavors. The desserts were decent too, but nothing memorable. In the end, nearly €70 for three people seemed quite expensive considering the experience. It's a shame, because the concept really had potential.

16/05/2026: It was a discovery, one my father took us to 30 years after his first visit. The concept is fantastic, the soufflés are visually stunning, delicious, served quickly, and all at the same time! I highly recommend going to support this institution!
