15/03/2026: Well, let's just say it wasn't the best day... ...A serving tong fell on the floor and was picked up without being cleaned, foul language was used in front of my daughters, one of whom is very young, obviously no greeting, the food was cold, and the behavior, in my opinion, was unprofessional... ...but well, it certainly wasn't my day... Luckily, not all the staff are like that. In fact, thank you to the person who apologized... It's a real shame because the setting is pleasant.

12/11/2025: Traveling for work in this area from time to time, we went to OTO because I had fond memories of it. We ordered the Chrono menu, and frankly, the dish was rather basic (chicken and rice), a very simple choice, but the portion size was outrageous—far too small to fill us up. Luckily, there was bread. Honestly, paying €19.90 for a dessert, a mini gourmet tea (three small pastries), is a bit much. I don't think I would have complained about the price if it had been €14.90 for a main course and dessert, but they're really pushing the price of the menu. I know restaurants in the city center that are much cheaper, more generous, and just as good. The Chrono menu is best avoided.

23/11/2025: This restaurant has an original concept: an all-you-can-eat brunch on weekends, but suffers from a serious lack of organization and resources. The price is too high (€25.40) considering the limited selection at the buffet. Many improvements are possible: - Create three separate queues for serving yourself (starters/main courses/desserts) instead of one confusing and very long queue where people try to cut in line to serve themselves further down the line, which is disrespectful. - Reorganize the buffet with clearly defined areas for starters, main courses, and desserts. Currently, the dessert area is a bit of a jumble. - The dishes aren't large enough or plentiful enough for everyone to get enough. Servers have to run around constantly refilling the dishes. Cooling containers (like those used in traditional all-you-can-eat buffets) would be preferable to trays. - The dishes lack proper labeling and descriptions to identify what they are. This would be better to avoid the cook having to repeat the same thing 50 times and to speed up the selection process to prevent a long queue. Despite this, the staff were very helpful and friendly. A good experience worth trying.

12/03/2026: Always a warm welcome, delicious food prepared with passion, always smiling. I highly recommend it. We come very often and will continue to do so. The portions are exactly right and very generous.

05/03/2026: New ownership in the last few months and a real difference in the food. Very good kebab, friendly owner, perfectly cooked fries. I recommend it.

12/03/2026: We ordered in-store at 8:04 PM. I ordered a Buffalo and a chicken BBQ pizza because I don't eat pork. I got it to go. When I got home, I realized I'd been given a calzone instead of the Buffalo. When I called, the woman told me I'd ordered a calzone, but no, I don't eat pork, so I don't see how I could have ordered a calzone with pork! The restaurant didn't even acknowledge the mistake and didn't offer to let us come back and give us the correct pizza. According to them, since they made a mistake when they put the order down and gave us the calzone, well, the calzone is due! The woman even insisted that I'd ordered the calzone, which is impossible since I don't eat pork. In short, they need to review their order taking and customer service.

21/02/2026: It was a disgrace! The food was completely crushed, especially the chocolate desserts, which were all melted from the hot dishes placed on top. Honestly, leave if that's really all that's open! My first time here, I wasted my money. Just the burger was crushed; the rest was unusable, it looked like vomit. You suffocated the food and piled hot dishes on top of the desserts. 20 euros down the drain, it turned to mush! You're lucky I can't go tonight; I would have shared my food with you, and believe me, we would have been in for a treat!

23/02/2026: It was pizza in name only. The crust was very average, and it was loaded with fried toppings. Quite heavy and indigestible. Either I chose the wrong one or the wrong place. In any case, it's not how I remember Domino's Pizza.

15/01/2026: I bought a chicken raclette pizza, but when I went to eat it, the pizza was completely inedible. The dough was raw and crumbling everywhere. I called, and they insisted the dough wasn't raw and offered me a €10 voucher, even though I paid €18. So they gave me a replacement in exchange for the old one, which was fine. I looked at the pizza, and it was just dough, practically nothing on it. It didn't have all the ingredients that were supposed to be in the pizza. Avoid this place at all costs. I don't mean to be a pain, but there are limits.

09/03/2026: Very bad experience, I ordered through Uber and had to wait 2 hours, in the end it turned out the establishment was closed but I was still charged for the Uber orders.

02/02/2026: Best snack bar in all of Cholet! I come here very often. The staff are very welcoming and all very kind. The tacos are really very good, and the kebabs too. I've never been disappointed there. I highly recommend it!! It's clean and good.

15/02/2026: We came for the first time on Saturday, February 14th at lunchtime. The welcome was very good. The service was very quick, the food was delicious, and we received a small gift of a rose as we left 🌹

20/01/2026: The meal seemed alright at first, but the moldy dessert quickly disappointed us. Avoid it.

09/02/2026: Always excellent...the best Flunch I know...and the staff is always friendly. What a shame this restaurant is closing permanently to make way for a fast food place...a void in Cholet!
