06/04/2024: This was one of the best restaurants in my French riviera trip. The food was amazing and the ambience was fantastic. It's in a very quiet area. If you walk a further 15mts from the restaurant you get to the top of dog head from where you get amazing views of Monaco... A great way for a post meal exercise.

04/04/2024: Came here with my family and were greatly disappointed. We expected a nice place by the look of it but were mistaken. We ordered the lamb skewers and at first sight they seemed okay, but once we started to eat them we saw they were completely raw on the inside and tasteless. One of the waiters then offered to cook them again. However, the meat smelled foul and was still raw. The waitress was also very unfriendly. 👎

14/03/2024: A small, unpretentious village restaurant that is definitely worth the detour. The small terrace offers a sublime view of the Peymeinade hills and Mount Peygros. In the distance, we see Mandelieu Bay and the sea... The service is relaxed, with a smile that is a pleasure to see and a "touch of quince assen" that delights the ears. Even rarer, the waitress does not hesitate to speak English with foreign guests in order to immediately put them at ease. The cuisine, entirely homemade, is a delight. The tartare is generous and the homemade fries are exceptionally delicate; just crispy on the outside and tender in the center. The beef cheek stew with ravioli smells of Provence. For dessert, I recommend the warm homemade cookie (half cooked) and its scoop of ice cream, killer!! Before eating, close your eyes and take a few seconds to breathe in the delicious smell of cake, just like at home. To top off this perfect picture, parking is easy and the price very reasonable considering the pleasure we felt...

18/03/2024: Reservation made in February for the month of March, then confirmed with a bank imprint request a week later. Reservation canceled the day before without any real explanation. This isn't a big deal, but it doesn't seem very commercial to me.

13/03/2024: On vacation in St Jeannet we spent 2 evenings in this restaurant. The dishes are very good and very generous. The welcome is friendly. We appreciated the arrival of the boss, the cook who greeted us and asked us how the meal went. This is a good address to remember.

17/03/2024: I brought my family for a dinner at La Rotonde restaurant and it became the worst experience we have ever had in a fine dining restaurant. And this is all because of the manager of the restaurant. First of all I would like to say other than him, all other staffs were excellent and provided mostly impeccable service. However the guy in the grey suit whom I presume is the manager, he forgot he is in the service line. The entire night he treated us like second class citizens who are undeserving of his attention. He would glare at us, roll eyes at us and treated us with contempt. When we called for him when he walked pass as we wanted to order drinks, he would blatantly ignore us. The only time he came to the table is to serve us bread and he THREW the bread basket on the table. When I called for the bill, he ignored me once again and just walked past infront of me even when I had my hand raised and said “sorry, excuse me”. After paying, when I went to collect my coat, he was the only one standing at the coat station. When he saw me coming, he pretended to look down and be busy. Pretended not to hear or notice me so I walked to the coat rack and got my own coat. He didn’t say a word or acknowledge me when I baded him goodbye when leaving with my family. This is the most horrendous experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I don’t think we deserve this kind of treatment just because we are Asians.
