27/08/2026: What a disappointment! We had a reservation for a table for four at 9:00 PM and arrived on time. We were served at 10:40 PM by an unfriendly waiter who made us feel uncomfortable. We then asked twice for a carafe of water, and the third time I went to get it myself. The person at the bar handed it to me without even looking at me. We wanted to enjoy our last Wednesday of musical fun and pedestrian-only activities in Propriano, but after 11:00 PM, it felt like the end… I would have sincerely accepted your apologies and probably refrained from leaving a review, but when I pointed out that a 1 hour and 35 minute wait to be served was still quite long, seeing your waitress roll her eyes behind you frankly annoyed me. I can understand that the season is coming to an end and that fatigue can set in, but a minimum of respect and consideration for customers seems essential to me, regardless of the time of year. We had already dined at your establishment twice. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning. P.S.: We also had to endure particularly unpleasant gas odors during our meal, as we were seated directly above eight enormous gas cylinders. These were handled and tested while we ate. A truly unpleasant situation.

21/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in the streets of Ajaccio's old town. A microbrewery that serves its own beer on site. A very warm welcome from the owner. Definitely worth checking out.

The establishment is simply magnificent: a true haven of peace where calm and serenity reign. Everything is designed with great taste and refinement. The decor is elegant, the spaces are impeccably maintained, and the location is ideal. And what can I say about the river, a true little corner of paradise, which invites relaxation and letting go in an exceptional natural setting. I would also like to congratulate Gilles on the quality of his cuisine. Our meal was a true pleasure, prepared with passion and expertise. As for breakfast, it was simply perfect: generous, delicious, and composed of a variety of flavorful products. 05/08/2026: A huge disappointment… After 15 years, it is with regret that we can say we will not be returning. Our reservation for a table of 15 was initially canceled due to a DJ set. We felt that the priority was more about selling overpriced bottles than welcoming families who wanted to share a meal. Despite this initial setback, we agreed to reschedule, hoping to rediscover the atmosphere and quality that once made this establishment so renowned. Upon arrival, the welcome was particularly cold, even disrespectful, from the person in charge of setting the tables. Fortunately, the waitstaff provided professional service. However, the dishes absolutely do not justify the prices charged. A rib of beef, ordered rare and priced at €85, was served to us far too well-done. The most shocking aspect remains the attitude of the "manager." Instead of listening to our comments or seeking a solution, he offered no gesture of goodwill nor any consideration for loyal customers of so many years, even going so far as to ask us to leave. What a shame to see such an exceptional place lose what once made it so charming: the warm welcome, the quality, and the respect shown to its clientele. The wonderful evenings we enjoyed there now seem to be a thing of the past.

05/08/2026: I should point out that they don't take reservations. A group of French people quietly arrive in line for dinner and take their seats, cutting ahead of everyone else. The usual FRENCH spirit!! Naturally, the waitress smiles teasingly at you. Congratulations!!!!
