Very disappointed with the quality and choice of food. Without warning, there was no lamb and no local fish!
A prime example of a restaurant that only capitalizes on its location.
I live year-round in Balagne, and I'm disappointed to see this kind of tourist trap just for a sunset view.

10/07/2025: A very friendly young man served us, fulfilled our every need, and even gave us a travel tip for the island.
The food and dessert were great. Not a huge selection, but plentiful and delicious.
23/06/2025: Our first time in Bastia and we found it quite difficult to find somewhere that served dinner before 7pm.
Luckily the maps app provided some suggestions and the Met restaurant was just across the street from our hotel.
We both decided on the lasagne and a cold beer and it was perfect for our last night in Corsica. The staff were lovely and the people watching was fun.

21/10/2025: Discovering the Auberge du Pêcheur during our visit to the charming port of Centuri.
From the €25.00 menu, we chose the Joels fricassee, delicious small fried fish. The leerfish steak with vegetables, a delicious dish that surprised with every bite. The chestnut flan, a delicate dessert.
A well-located restaurant, with its terrace in the heart of the port. Impeccable service and courteous staff.
We had a wonderful time at this establishment, which I highly recommend.

16/09/2025: Tourist trap! We ordered a 'charcuterie board' for €24. The waitress asked us if we wanted it as a starter or a main course. We chose it as a main course, thinking we'd get a more generous portion... The result: a simple plate with barely eight small pieces of charcuterie, nothing like a real board. It's a good thing we added a bowl of fries (€4 extra). What a disappointment, especially after reading all the rave reviews of this restaurant...

19/06/2025: A real favorite! The brocciu cannelloni is delicious, soft and flavorful. The sea bream was cooked to perfection, and what about the fiandone for dessert... light, lemony, and just the right amount of sweetness. A wonderful discovery for tasting Corsican specialties in a warm setting. Not to be missed if you're passing through!
