24/09/2024: Excellence has a name: the Auberge du Maquis. The staff, owners and chef are very nice people, the dishes (menu or à la carte) are succulent, especially the sole and the sea bream. The place is charming. To discover and re-discover!

The pizza menu will suit larger groups.
The pizza we tasted (burata, arugula, Corsican ham and pesto) was excellent as was the tiramisu.
The setting is very pleasant.
You can access it by car, leave it in the parking lot and access the establishment on foot or access it by a hiking path (rather a shepherd's path) in the maquis along the sea and the railway line.
The quality/price ratio is correct.
We recommend.
12/09/2024: Right atmosphere for dining, excellent pork skewers with cheese and veal skewers a little dry but still good. Too bad there was a mistake in the bill... four coffees instead of two.

19/06/2025: A real favorite! The brocciu cannelloni is delicious, soft and flavorful. The sea bream was cooked to perfection, and what about the fiandone for dessert... light, lemony, and just the right amount of sweetness. A wonderful discovery for tasting Corsican specialties in a warm setting. Not to be missed if you're passing through!

Establishment managed by a young, friendly and dynamic couple.
Simple and succulent festive dinner made with fresh produce.
Spacious room with very good bedding.

01/11/2024: À recommander ! Produits frais et locaux, à l ardoise (qui change chaque jour), un amour pour la cuisine qui se ressent dans l’assiette. Les aubergistes sont disponibles et avenants , ils racontent leurs plats , leur région, leur terroir …
Ce n était pas la première fois que nous y allions , ce ne sera pas la dernière.

13/10/2024: There is no doubt that if you are looking for a place to please your taste buds, while being warmly welcomed, it is the Maison Rose in Cervione that you should go to.
The owner is incredibly kind and the dishes are so tasty and delicious that we will ask for more indefinitely.
I would come back, that’s for sure!

Les touristes sont contents 👍

Carte avec des plats maison pas trop imposante et bien faite. Feuilleté d épinard et fêta avec salade de tomates très bon.
Salle intérieure sympa et terrasse devant sur la rue passante mais ce n est pas gênant.
