31/03/2024: Disappointing As usual cold plates as well as the container

30/03/2024: Very disappointed, we had an expired fuzetea from 01/31/2024 we brought it back to the bar when we cashed out, the cashier was already not smiling, then we spoke to her kindly about our drink no excuse no smile very cold not even a thank you I will check the other bottles. We did not find the places very clean label on the table half peeled off and dirty, dusty table leg, average floor. We will not go back!!!

02/04/2024: Came with my son and my husband. Very pleasant, fast and friendly service. Very good restaurant with a very good atmosphere, we highly recommend it.

01/04/2024: Pleasantly surprised. The setting is warm, the staff pleasant and the cuisine is sought after at a fair price.

06/04/2024: The hotel is not a real 4 star. Furniture in the room is not representative of an establishment of this standard, nor is the bedding. The shower floods the toilet, no curtains on the windows, TV not visible from the bed, low-end sofa and crowbar marks on the bedroom door. Very dirty carpet in common areas… Cobwebs on the ceiling and on the walls of the breakfast area where we were all crowded together, which is a shame given the space available in the “living room” part of the establishment… In the restaurant only 3 standard tables and the rest are only high tables. No olives, peanuts or others as an aperitif because not delivered… Positive point: The hotel staff is very nice.

05/04/2024: Our recent extended stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade upon arrival, this positive gesture was marred by several inconveniences. One of the main frustrations was the lack of hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. This required us to use the spa shower, which definitely affected our comfort and experience. In addition, the room was very poorly lit (n°102). Although the spa is an attractive aspect of the hotel, we were disappointed to find that it was not well equipped. However, it should be noted that the price was still reasonable. We hoped for a commercial gesture from the management to compensate for the inconveniences we encountered, which we unfortunately did not obtain. Despite these inconveniences, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible under the given circumstances. In summary, although our experience was marked by some negatives, we recognize the positives as well as the efforts of the staff in meeting our needs. We hope our feedback will help improve future stays for guests of this hotel.

03/04/2024: Mixed opinion, perfect service, a very welcoming waitress. Lots of people but we were warned of the wait. However, there was a big disappointment with the plate of squid. Two tiny little pieces, a lot of potatoes to fill the gap on the plate... the price is still high, if you're hungry take something else or plan a big dessert.
