28/04/2024: I reserved the room on the first floor of the restaurant to celebrate my birthday and everything went wonderfully.
I would like to thank the manager David, his sister Patricia and his entire team, Kadra, Alex and Hugo. Everything was perfect, be it the dishes, the service and the setting in which the event took place. Thanks again to everyone.
I would also like to point out that the Arcades also offer well-equipped hotel rooms, at a very reasonable price.
In summary, this is a great address in Valenciennes, which is essential to discover if you do not know this establishment. And regarding myself, I told them all see you soon.

04/04/2024: Quality cuisine. There were 12 of us with different dishes. Everyone was satisfied. For me, the foie gras duo was very well accompanied by the morello cherry chutney. The tasty and melt-in-the-mouth lamb shank. Finally the marvelous as I like them

13/05/2024: Zero points! Reservation made 15 days in advance to learn the same day that we are on the waiting list... There are 7 of us!!! No possibility of falling back at the last moment.
I understand that you are victims of your success, but you could have had the politeness, decency and respect to WARN us!! We brought our 82 & 83 year old parents from Douai so that they could discover your restaurant...
If you are not able to manage reservations, don't take any more!

10/05/2024: A real treat! Remember to arrive early otherwise you risk having a long wait! A small downside on the waiting time for ordering but given the crowds it's quite normal. A real discovery!

We were very well received, by a very pleasant, helpful and responsive waitress.
Small aperitifs are offered to accompany the non-alcoholic cocktail that I ordered.
The dishes are excellent! Special mention to the Welsh, which is worth the detour. Unfortunately, the mussels were mostly very small (too bad for the mussel king). On the other hand, I chose the mussels with Roquefort, and the sauce was very good. The fries can also be served with a wonderful homemade mayonnaise.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant. So I advise you to test it if you have the opportunity.
28/03/2024: Always on top!!! I enjoyed a sole (300 gr) 😛 Yes😏, it's not just mussels (which are certainly excellent)
Boss (not without humor) in the dining room and cordon bleu boss in the kitchen.

04/05/2024: We had a great time. Very pleasant welcome and the dishes are delicious. We feasted. The tables are well arranged, beautiful decor and the room is quiet. Fast service.
The weather was not good the day we were there but I imagine that outside, we could eat outside on the terrace with a fenced garden, games for children and sheep in the background. The best for the family.
