18/03/2024: Generous and tasty burgers. The tea is very good, the fries even better. Go for it.

08/03/2024: The burgers are so light and delicious! It's conveniently located in the city centre and there's seating inside. The service was quick and the food was very affordable. The fries had 2 pieces of sweet potato fries so it's not really a mixture of regular and sweet potato but the regular ones are homemade so it was delicious anyway.

29/03/2024: As I write these lines I still wonder if this is all a big joke or if it is really real. Unfortunately, the joke still hasn't ended yet. I had a drink and enjoyed an aperitif with a friend at the Ritz bar and when paying I made a mistake between my personal card and my professional card. So I paid half of the bill with my business card and asked for an invoice for the amount paid. And then... it all begins. While getting a bill for the amount paid is a given in any restaurant and bar. This is a request that is obviously absolutely complex. They first explain to me that they will issue me an invoice for an amount close to the €56 paid, I explain that this is not possible, the amounts must correspond exactly. I am told that I will have to send an email to the director… (I have never seen that in my life but ok) So I send an email telling myself that it is very surprising not to be able to obtain an invoice for the amount paid without sending an email to the director but I do it thinking that it would stop there. What a mistake I am making to think that requesting an invoice from the Ritz would be settled so simply. 1st email the same day I am told that I will have a return. 2nd email the next day to thank the feedback and to indicate that I have not received any feedback 3rd email the next day to request a return and finally have this invoice which seems to me (still at present) to be a SIMPLE request. No answer 4th email changing tone (my weariness is starting to show) This time a return and I am promised a return in the afternoon. The return ? Arrived well. By sending me the departure note and my credit card receipt (these two elements were the attachments of my first email requesting the invoice) 5 emails to different people to obtain the basic receipt and my credit card receipt when I simply ask for an invoice for the amount paid. What mistake did I make paying with a professional card? How much energy was spent on a simple invoice that any establishment is supposed to make instantly. What a disappointment for a place that reminds me of places where everything seems possible and where all requests are achievable. Here the limit is to obviously ask for an invoice. So to date I still have nothing to give to my accountant.

04/04/2024: Refined and extremely good dishes, we had a warm time thanks to the service and the setting. You can go there with your eyes closed.

10/03/2024: Despite several requests, the music was really too loud, for conviviality it was a failure. Then the prices became really too high. A small tentacle of overly grilled octopus with pasta (oats rather than rice) at €28 is... I've been there several times, I don't know if I'll go back.

03/04/2024: Very good tartare, good veal tataki with pomegranate. Price in line with Paris. Simple environment. Few seats so reservations are necessary

28/03/2024: Great place. Incredible natural wine selection. 3 levels of cellar under the building dating back 17th century. Precise and tasty bistro food with a twist. I can only recommend it.

04/04/2024: We had a very good lunch there. The welcome was warm. The waitress was smiling and very helpful. Lunch was very good. It was nice.

09/05/2024: The restaurant was wonderful. Food tasted incredibly good for everyone. The staff was incredibly attentive and nice. Their English is incredibly good and they were very nice about our attempts at French. Would definitely recommend this place. Its view is currently impacted slightly due to construction, but it is still a very nice place to sit. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. It was way cheaper than we would expect this close to the heart of Paris I was a bit surprised that the bread was served next to the onion soup rather than on top, but that did not make it taste less good

14/03/2024: One of my favorite addresses in the neighborhood. Efficient service and warm welcome. Tasty dishes, special mention for the Tom Kha soup on Thursday. Excellent Pad Thai too.

06/04/2024: Safe bet, undoubtedly the best eel restaurant I know in Paris. Rare restaurant where the quality of the food reminds me of Japan. The staff has been the same for years, I see that as a sign of quality. Japanese ceremonial and aesthetics are not lacking. The only downside, formerly frequented by a mainly Japanese and discreet population, the last two times, unembarrassed customers occupied the entire sound volume of the place (on uninteresting subjects) without the staff being able to do much about it. I obviously would not make the affront of presenting it as an alternative to sushi/sashimi, I highly recommend it to those who want to experience a little taste journey. My guests, surprised the first time at the mention of eel, systematically ask me to return.

04/04/2024: Very tasty unagi set. Eel was cooked to perfection. Special sauce rich and flavourful. Side dishes are very light to help cleansing palate after few bites of fatty eel and rice with the rich sauce. It’s my second time there and I’ll visit again when I’m in Paris. Reservation is a must as it gets fully booked most of the time.

01/04/2024: A welcome little bar in this neighborhood where everything is expensive and ostentatious.....a family welcomes us with warmth and kindness.....2 brothers and a mother in the kitchen Dad sadly left us a few years ago. Wonderful place to eat like at home Wednesday FRIES 🍟

31/03/2024: At the heart of the luxury districts, with its indecent prices, its unbridled marketing, this family bistro is a haven of authenticity and a bastion of resistance, we reconcile ourselves with the neighborhood, we return to the good years, the ones we would like to have lived the time of the thirty glorious years and its simple, accessible and fraternal cuisine. 🙏 .

06/04/2024: My partner offers me lunch in this restaurant where I am an admirer of Mme Pic, the only three-star chef in France and whose chef Thomas, the sommelier of this restaurant, has perfectly demonstrated the professionalism. I will return there with great pleasure.

30/03/2024: Excellent cooking is an art form, and food here is a faithful expression of fine art. Les Berlingots is amazing, and the canette clocked to perfection. Some wine pairings didn't really work for me but they were all good wines. The only disappointment was my partner's none alcoholic-drinks-pairing with the meal. That didn't work at all and might require a rethink.

11/05/2024: A typical French elegant restaurant. Each waiter should have his own elegant style. There are many food choices and delicious food👍🏻

11/05/2024: I enjoyed eating out in this restaurant. I went there 4 times while I was in Paris this time. All the waiters were nice and kind, but the last one. I was there on May 9th for lunch. I had a waitress. She looked young, dirty blond color, medium length hair to her shoulders and had a hairpin on her forehead. She wouldn't make eye contacts while I was waiting and she would just walk by and said, "wait" in French. Her attitude got little bit better when I started placing my order in English, but overall she was very rude. Don't forget people, we're the reason that you can pay for your bills. How dare you.

30/03/2024: An excellent meal. We were served by Thomas who is adorable! Everyone was very caring. There are vegetarian and seasonal options. The back room is less pleasant than the main room. The only downside is that it's quite expensive for a bistronomic restaurant...

06/02/2024: Very cute place with friendly staff. The flavour of the matcha latte was nice but rather sweet. I’d come back here if I have a suger and matcha craving. Also a very nice collection of japanese kitchenware(plates,bowls, etc)

03/04/2024: By now l, we were craving Mexican food and this was around the corner for us. My nephew loved the tacos Al Pastor, however he wished for pineapple on them. My quesadillas and the guacamole were a delight. The Jamaica and Tamarindo waters were really great. They were not made from powder: real not artificial. Overall loved it!!!.The cups reminded me of my great-grandma's home. Best of luck!!!

30/04/2024: One of the best Japanese restaurant I’ve been in Paris. The barbecue and sashimi are highly recommended from me. The second when you get into this restaurant you feel like you’re back in Japan.

23/04/2024: Large selection of skewers cooked over a wood fire and lovely staff with good advice. Very good experience!
