06/02/2024: It was an unfamiliar food, but thanks to the friendly and cheerful staff, I was able to enjoy my time without difficulty! It was the best lamb I've ever had. It wasn't fishy at all. I adjusted the seasoning by adding a lot of vegetables and a little bit of broth to the couscous, so it wasn't too salty and tasted good.

The dishes were tasty, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The warm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant added to my pleasure of tasting these delicious dishes. The service was attentive and courteous, contributing to a very pleasant overall experience. As an Italian food enthusiast, I was delighted to discover Les amis de Messina and I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food. My rating for this restaurant is 4 stars, due to the quality of the dishes and the welcoming atmosphere there, but also for the slight wait to be served. An essential address for a gourmet getaway in Paris!

31/03/2024: The vision of the half-dead mouse, cut in two, which managed to escape from its trap was not the best effect. Just like the staff who was quick to say that “it was normal in Paris” it was “cute” and that “it’s okay, she’s almost dead” there’s nothing wrong with it. get offended…. Well sorry but I almost returned everything at the end of the meal 🤢

04/04/2024: Warm welcome, delicious and hearty brunch. Good quality for a decent price. An address to remember. 13 of us came for a birthday brunch, the team was well organized, flexible and took care of us.

20/03/2024: The place is nice: a modern rustic setting The dishes are interesting, but the establishment did not respect my egg allergy... I reported it (as I do every time) The staff told me that they have a vegan waffle “batter” (so definitely egg-free), so that’s what I got. However, I still got sick It's very likely that they didn't wash their waffle iron before making my vegan waffle. For people with allergies, this establishment is not for you

05/04/2024: I was a little disappointed with the corn dog because I thought it was crispier? That the dough would be crispy? Maybe a corn dog is basically soft? I am not sure! Seating places at the top are very limited, I advise you to go early or secure a place outside

06/04/2024: Restaurant found during lunch break with colleagues. Magnificent facade, friendly interior and offers an outdoor terrace. The dishes are very very good like the smoked chicken or the beef steak. Possibility of changing support. Very nice waiters and waitresses. I came back for my graduation dinner with my family and then a third time with my boyfriend. Au Rocher du Cancale is now my favorite French restaurant! Possibility of not booking.

03/03/2024: We had reserved + confirmed our reservation for Saturday evening but the restaurant owner forgot to inform us that he had finally decided to close... remember to inform your customers when this is the case.

03/04/2024: A Tapas bar as we like them. The atmosphere is great at the end of the evening. The tapas are good and good value for money. The Spanish wine is very good...Jacques the boss is very nice.

06/04/2024: Overall the experience was okay. However, one point affects my assessment: the lack of harmony in the dishes. Although each ingredient was quality, their combination lacked unity. The burger suffered from a profusion of flavors. Likewise, ossobuco had divergent flavors across sections, to the point where each segment could be considered a dish in its own right. The empanadas, for their part, were wrapped in a slightly too thick dough.
