24/07/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite an exceptional location right next to the Eiffel Tower, everything else leaves much to be desired. The staff were particularly rude and unwelcoming. As for the food, authorities. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

16/07/2026: The place has a nice atmosphere. The ventilation is not good at all. The drinks are average to fairly good. The staff are polite and courteous.

25/07/2026: Nola was our server and she was great! She took the time to explain the dishes and everything came on time and was very tasty! Highly recommend

01/07/2026: I came to this brasserie-style restaurant for two years for a set breakfast menu. The setting and atmosphere are pleasant. Special mention goes to the service, which is attentive, friendly, and caring.

06/07/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant: the food and the setting were very good, but the prices displayed in the window and on the menu were different. We told the waitress, who explained that the paper had come unglued. I immediately sensed something was amiss. Then, she only served us one fruit juice when we had ordered two. I thought they had forgotten. Later, I checked my bill and realized that I had been charged for both juices. So there were two pricing errors, which leads me to believe that they weren't mistakes but deliberate. It's a shame to have to be constantly suspicious because we had a good time. I don't think it was right.

26/05/2026: Fantastic dinner at Miyako in Paris. Everything was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. We mostly had sashimi: salmon, tuna, scallop, and ikura, and every bite was excellent - especially the scallops, which were buttery and incredibly fresh. We also ordered an assorted yakitori platter that was cooked perfectly and paired really well with the house sake, which was surprisingly good and easy to drink. Good house wine by the glass as well. The atmosphere was relaxed and authentic Parisian, service was friendly, and the quality of the fish was outstanding. Definitely one of our favorite Japanese meals in Paris and a place we’d happily return to.

13/06/2026: Delicious, wonderful service with a waitress who was extremely kind to our child. Superb quality Italian cuisine at an exceptional price. Very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

12/06/2026: The lemon pasta was good, but €26 for 120g of cooked pasta is outrageous. The packaging was nice, but perhaps they should invest less in aesthetics and more in quantity…

13/07/2026: Still there in 2023 - sadly indifferent service & experience. We suspect bringing children is not encouraged! 3 star tops as a family venue Delighted they are still open 11 years after our first visit. Delicious simple cooking and no holds barred amounts of butter (making the best mashed vegetables). Good wine list ( menu in English as well as French).. The endless bowl of chocolate mousse needs attempting at least once!

13/07/2026: I made a reservation and visited during my trip to Paris. The staff were so friendly and the food was so delicious that I actually visited twice. I asked for iced coffee, and they put an espresso cup in the refrigerator before serving it, which made us burst into laughter. Their kind service made the food feel even more outstanding.

22/07/2026: Excellent service for a family lunch on July 14th! A Parisian bistro just the way we like them. Highly recommended.

04/07/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience! The French onion soup was absolutely outstanding rich, flavorful, and one of the best we’ve ever had. Our waiter recommended an excellent wine that paired perfectly with the meal. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly, and every dish was delicious. We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

21/05/2026: Very nice atmosphere, super friendly service staff, and the food was really good too. We were mistakenly served someone else's order, which was then on the house. The waiters took it in good humor, and I was able to try the "Terrine de lapin" (rabbit terrine). I thought it was delicious. But our original order, which arrived immediately afterward, was also very good. I also found it very convenient that you could pay easily with your mobile phone using the QR code on the table, even with the option to leave a tip. The value for money is excellent. I can highly recommend it. Update: We returned to this restaurant three years later, and nothing has changed. Very friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and the food was once again delicious. Still a clear recommendation.

20/05/2026: Before visiting the nearby National Assembly, we stopped for lunch around 1:30 pm on May 16th. We received a warm welcome, there was no wait, and we were immediately seated even though the restaurant was already quite full. The sweetbreads with morel sauce and fresh pasta were absolutely generous and, above all, delicious. The onion gratin was a real treat for my wife, as was the plate of warm vegetables—generous and very appetizing, which is often the case with this type of dish—that she ordered afterward. The vegetable risotto disappeared quickly, as my eldest son enjoyed it so much, and the Angus flank steak was devoured by my second son with relish. Unfortunately, time was short, so we didn't have time to try dessert. But judging by the other tables, we have little doubt it would be excellent. As for the service: quick, efficient, and above all, friendly. A special thank you to Fernand, who took excellent care of us, for his good humor, wit, and kindness. In short, we enjoyed the place so much that we went back for a drink after our visit to the National Assembly. And there again, we received the same warm welcome! A well-deserved 5 stars!

05/07/2026: This place was pretty convenient right by our hotel. After being hung over sitting down and having some salmon and some escargot definitely hit the spot. A little pricey, but we’re on vacation.

In any case, at Hugo et Victor (the former name of this establishment), they also appreciate great literature. But the kind that speaks more specifically to the taste buds. And, in this area, this establishment excels in high-end pastries, favoring seasonal products. We love it! We adore it! And, to paraphrase the great writer: Tomorrow, at dawn, when the streets of Paris are bathed in light, I will go to Hugo et Victor. P.S.: Unfortunately, today, it's no longer Hugo et Victor. And I must say that the quality is no longer there. Farewell, Victor! Tomorrow at dawn, I will leave... and I will never return.
