24/02/2026: Had a pint with a friend on the terrace, it's not the place for it, the terrace is tiny and they serve 1664 beer for €8 a pint 😬. However, the restaurant looks great.

05/02/2026: Terrible service, rude staff, and poor hygeine. I came a few times for coffee and ev ery single time the bartender, a woman with tendency to find herself in a bad mood, gives you a frown and a sarcastic comment. If you dine there and ask for more bread, she will throw another table's half eaten bread basket at you. The food was mediocre and not worth a visit. Tourists, avoid this place because there are other Parisian cafés that at least pretend to like you right next door.

03/04/2026: Food is amazing, light and flavorful. Service is fast and gracious. The clientele was mostly non natives while we were here but it was peak tourist. I would not let that dissuade you from this restaurant at all. So good!

24/11/2024: A small restaurant in the heart of Paris. 6-course tasting menu. The food was excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. The price in relation to the quality of the ingredients is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone

26/01/2025: We had dinner Saturday evening with friends, we were very well received and seated at a very nice round table and comfortable armchair. For my part, I chose leeks as a starter and then a veal rice cooked perfectly with impeccable service. thank you to the management for your warm welcome I will return to the breteuil bistro

03/12/2025: The IPA on draught was dirt. Also, the racist Irish "jokes" on the walls were fairly shocking. Honestly, the only Irish thing about this place was my wife and myself when we were there. We left after one drink. Response to the pub: Not a Galway man, but Irish. So that's good of you to go stalking through my account. Also, I never said the pub itself was racist, merely it's attempt at humor. If those remarks were written by "Irish" people, then they are the exact sort of "Irish" the majority of us try to avoid... When are these jokes from, the 1940s?!? Anyone with half a brain could see the serious lack of humor in them.

25/01/2025: The dessert tasted average, but your staff was the worst. She had narrow eyes, which I found unwelcoming. She made rude comments that I found insulting. I ordered an Eclair from an acquaintance of mine while she was considering a sandwich. However, she asked, 'Didn't you already order it?' and I replied, 'That's someone else's order. You're taking my order.' But she sighed, rolled her eyes, and threw my order down as if I had done something wrong. I don't know about your store, but the staff was the worst. I regret not asking for her name. She ignores and ridicules customers, making the experience very unpleasant. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had in Paris.

03/12/2025: The setting is quite nice, however the pizza is €15 (more expensive than any other pizzeria in the area), it's tasteless and small. The staff were quite friendly and the cinnamon roll was good.

02/12/2025: A 100% gluten-free bakery is a rare find, so I had to check out Noglu during my time in Paris, although the hype and excitement were short-lived, and I was really let down by my experience here. I did find the layout a little confusing between the Cafe area and the takeout area; there weren’t menus anywhere, I had to ask for one, and I was still unaware of the concept before a staff member had to guide me to sit down and order at my table. I did find the food and drink to be quite expensive here, with the iced tea alone costing €6.5 for a small bottle; it wasn’t even fresh, with it being a bakery, offering fresh coffee/iced drinks, I was expecting the iced tea to be the same. For my food, I went for the Quiche Lorraine, which wasn’t good at all. The pastry was so dry, and I needed liquid to actually get it down my throat, which isn’t what you expect from a bakery. The filling was fine, but I’ve had better from a supermarket back home in the UK. The side salad was ruined by seeds, and the dressing made it almost inedible, and I felt ripped off paying €18 for this. The selection for gluten-free is great, and the pastries and sweet treats look very popular; perhaps that’s what they should stick to if they can’t get the savoury offerings right going forward.

07/02/2026: At Babylone, a true gem without any fuss. Home-style cooking, but better: lamb chop, mashed potatoes, an absolute delight. Simple atmosphere, lovely servers. You eat well, you feel good.
