They should do a better job of communicating their opening days.
28/09/2025: The welcome we received when we arrived late for lunch was friendly; we shouldn't have gone any further because the moules marinière and curry had been waiting since noon! Overcooked!
Try another place.

03/02/2026: Welcome. The dishes chosen by the customers are ordered from the kitchen by shouting them out. Several times. We also get the local newspaper to comment on taxes...
They complain more about the weather than they serve the customers. Constant customer complaints. The pizza is acceptable. It's not far from a kitchen nightmare.

🆑And their seafood menu, with a seafood platter and a mixed fish grill, is excellent and generously portioned 😋. The Mexican pizza is also generous and delicious 🙏🏼😋 (oops, didn't take a picture).

06/09/2024: Arrived here 3/9/24 and it's closed, no notice to say when you are open or closed at the restaurant and Google is not correct .UPDATE...we managed to eat here 5/9/24 and it was great service and pizza was one of the best I have had,great taste & good base.would return again if passing.
We had a good chat with the owner about quillan .

18/01/2025: Tables on the pavement of a quiet side street, creating a small outdoor terrace, where passers-by wish us "bon appetit" with a smile. 🙂We enjoyed two delicious vegetarian pizzas, full of fresh and varied ingredients. The service was very friendly and we appreciated the special touch of the heart-shaped pizza—who knows, maybe the pizza chef noticed that we were in love🥰

We LOVE everything!!! The setting, the pool, the restaurant, all homemade products, brazier cooking, grilling next to the tables!!! Yum!
THE BEST: GIANT POOL, PALM TREES, CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUNDS, and BAR/RESTO all concentrated in a lush living space. We're not going to lie, we can see our children wherever they are, and they have a blast on the inflatables. A HUGE plus for parents' peace of mind!!!

21/10/2023: Nothing to say. Two cute little young people. ! Who welcomes you with a smile. !!!! Every day of the week except Tuesday (because closed lol) 🤣 and the pizzas are so light!!! Cooked over a wood fire Wonderful. Please don't change the recipe!!! The delivery girl is also very cute. A young but hardworking team! Thank you very much and the price is very reasonable. I have never been disappointed in the two and a half years I have lived in Coursan. top
02/09/2023: For 4 and a half years, we have been taking our pizzas from you, and we have been very satisfied, but now, we have noticed several times that the pizzas lack toppings, we should make an effort on this point, they are dry, too bad because they are good, the person who delivers the pizzas is very nice.

Les pizzas sont moyennes et la salade a une sauce bizarre.
