We weren't familiar with this brasserie, but we immediately felt like we were staying with friends. I highly recommend this establishment if you're visiting the beautiful village of Caux, and I thank all the staff for their kindness and generosity.

23/03/2026: Order in Pignan: pizzas were decent overall, no particular complaints about the quality. However, we were disappointed with their business practices. We were informed that an ingredient was missing from one pizza, in this case, the egg on the Americana. So far, so good, that can happen, no problem. However, no discount was offered, nor even the possibility of replacing the missing ingredient. Conversely, when we requested an extra topping on another pizza, in this case goat cheese, it was charged an additional €2. So when an ingredient is missing, there's no compensation, but when it comes to adding something, the extra charge is immediately applied. It's a shame; this lack of consistency and honesty is regrettable.

26/05/2026: I was very surprised to read the previous reviews... We tried it and were won over!!! My husband, daughter, and I have been to "Pizzeria du Printemps" several times for pizzas and have never been disappointed. The wait time is very reasonable; we've never waited more than 20-30 minutes for our pizzas. Honestly, even with the rush and the high volume of orders, I still find them pleasant and friendly. Of course, you shouldn't expect a riot of smiles, but they have the merit of being themselves, sincere and natural. No forced smiles like so many others do! The pizzas are generously topped with a thin, perfectly cooked crust... and most importantly... they're delicious!!! We'll keep coming back, thank you!! Best of luck to you!!

04/07/2026: An unplanned stay at this clinic, which I wasn't familiar with. I arrived at the emergency room and was seen within an hour. I was taken to a room, had surgery, and went home. All the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Marion, the urology nurse anesthetist, who reassured me and said just the right things before bedtime.

02/07/2026: My husband was seen casually around 11:30 p.m. on June 9th for abdominal pain. He was told he was lucky no one else was there because they don't take emergency patients for that type of pain. He was sent home without even a blood test. The doctor's conclusion was swift: food poisoning. They gave him an IV of Spasfon, telling him that if the pain didn't subside within two to three hours, it would last two to three days. Twelve hours later, we were in the emergency room at Béziers Hospital. The care was excellent; he was examined, the pain was treated, and the diagnosis was made: acute appendicitis. Thank goodness we didn't wait any longer!

07/06/2026: The welcome wasn't friendly; we had the misfortune of arriving 15 minutes early to enjoy the terrace while waiting for service to begin... I can't even describe it. The calzone was undercooked. In short, we won't be going back. Thankfully, there are much more welcoming places!

20/06/2026: We had dinner there yesterday and it really wasn't great. We didn't feel welcome; no one was very friendly, and the waitress was inexperienced and not very helpful. The meat wasn't bad, but the fries were undercooked, and the salmon tartare was awful (with vinaigrette). This restaurant doesn't reflect the quiet and pleasant atmosphere of this part of La Grande Motte; it's more like a roadside diner.

15/06/2026: Unfortunately, we were perhaps unlucky yesterday, Sunday, as the terrace was full and there were only two waitresses. Our table seemed to have been forgotten; we waited an hour to order, and then there was another long wait between courses. Furthermore, after asking three times for ice, we received none. We also do not recommend the monkfish with potatoes and fries; it was far too heavy, and the piece of fish was mostly bones and spines. Given our dissatisfaction, we were offered free coffee.

18/05/2026: Very welcoming staff, room ok. But when I turned back the covers on the bed I saw several what I thought were baby cockroaches, sad to say they turned out to be bed bugs. 3 days down the track and I am covered with festering, itchy bites from head to feet. Not happy.!!!

17/05/2026: Very surprised by the number of positive reviews. The pizzas are simply bad. I ordered 5 pizzas: 3 were undercooked, 1 tasteless, and 1 had no toppings. That adds up... They tasted like they'd been microwaved. That says it all!

12/07/2026: The campsite is a disaster! The pool is dirty, there's no footbath, only two sun loungers, and the toilets are filthy... However, the pitches themselves are in a setting that could be exceptional if the site were maintained.

10/07/2026: A fantastic experience! The place is charming, calm, and peaceful. Beautiful hikes await you in the surrounding area. The snack bar is also very friendly. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. We need more places like this in the area… Go for it!

24/06/2026: Pizza is usually a safe bet, but this time it wasn't. It was covered in oil, the crust was undercooked, and it was just plain bad. It says "wood-fired," yet it tasted like a mass-produced pizza. Plus, the service wasn't exactly friendly. I'm sorry, but this is the first time I've ever left such a negative review.

13/06/2026: Conveniently located on a quiet street, friendly staff, excellent lasagna, and the pizza had a slightly thin crust but was still good.
