13/06/2026: I wasn't familiar with this restaurant, but I highly recommend it. The service was excellent, and they even suggested a beer to pair with our meal. The kitchen served us a simply delicious potshevik. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the decor was lovely. The price wasn't excessive, considering the quality of the food. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

04/06/2026: Very disappointed with the pizzas I ordered today ((1) seafood, (2) four cheese, (3) American, and (4) Forestière). The first pizza was soggy and tasteless; the second had way too much blue cheese, an undercooked crust; the third had flavorless tomato sauce, very little Boursin cheese, and the meat was unseasoned; the fourth was soggy, tasteless, and the crust was half-cooked. The chicken and cream were nowhere to be seen, and the crust was only half-cooked.

17/05/2026: I ordered three signature pizzas, a real treat—generous toppings and delicious. The pizza maker and delivery driver were very friendly. The delivery was on time. I highly recommend them.

19/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lusitalia. The pizzas are very sparsely topped, the crust is thin, and completely burnt underneath. The result is far from satisfactory. Adding to this is the attitude of the person taking the order, who is particularly condescending. This lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. We are good customers, and such an unpleasant welcome is simply inadmissible. We will not be ordering from you again. Reply to the manager regarding the message below: Even in writing, your tone remains haughty, and your response is clear proof of this, particularly through the passive-aggressive language you used. Admitting that you addressed your customers inappropriately would not make you a bad manager; quite the opposite. Yet, you persist in a condescending attitude. The fact that we regularly order from you does not mean that your pizzas are good, but simply that you are among the cheapest. You yourself point out that we ask for more toppings on every call, and there's obviously a reason for that. Furthermore, these aren't derogatory comments, but facts. And it's not up to you to judge their relevance, but rather to the readers of the reviews about your establishment. Finally, despite your 15 years of experience, which you emphasize, I'm not the only one to mention your aggressiveness on the phone; a quick look at the other negative reviews confirms this.

14/05/2026: I spoke to someone on the phone today around 11:30 AM to place an order for 5 pizzas, and the experience was frankly appalling. I simply asked a few questions about the ingredients due to food allergies—perfectly legitimate and important questions. Instead of a professional response, the person brushed me off, telling me to "figure it out on the website" and that I was "old enough to read it myself." A cold, haughty, and disrespectful attitude from beginning to end. In the restaurant industry, especially when it comes to allergies, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. No sense of customer service, no empathy, and clearly no desire to help. First and last time I order from them. You need to review your staff; this is becoming deplorable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
