18/03/2024: Little unexpected birthday in this little restaurant for a friend's 20th birthday, the atmosphere was joyful and festive. Warm welcome received like at home with local Portuguese cuisine. Special mention for seafood and pastéis de nata. I highly recommend

07/05/2024: ...I go to restaurants very often. This is the first time in my life that I have waited this LONG before someone FINALLY bothers...to offer me a TABLE!! Ten times I wanted to leave! ... Nevertheless, restaurant for regulars, rather nice atmosphere, noisy of course, fast service when you are finally seated. Home cooking, good but not exceptional. Good value for money working class meal. Quality of customer reception/meals to REVIEW!... It's not PRO!

06/05/2024: You probably hear a kitchen error, I asked for something to eat and was told that at the time of my arrival they only had meat from Alentejo, ok I accepted... The problem was that the food was toasted and looked very bad... It's a shame because I loved the place and the friendliness of the top staff... Sometimes it's better to tell the customer (sorry but the kitchen is closed) than to give leftovers to the customer

08/05/2024: Very good meat and fish snacks. On the other hand, you have to like fish to go to this restaurant. In particular...cod. The server is very nice. It's a small restaurant that doesn't look like much but it's very good.

25/07/2023: Very good address in the historic center, starter with snails in parsley sauce, octopus and chickpea salad, delicious piece of meat cooked to perfection, tender sea bream, chocolate coulant, Portuguese crème brûlée and Catalan, good very affordable Portuguese wines , attentive manager and available to have a good time

02/03/2024: A very nice address discovered by chance thanks to the magic of GPS when I was looking for a nearby restaurant around midday. Little advice, it is better to call in advance to find out if there is space because this Portuguese restaurant is very quickly full after noon, with tables mainly made up of construction workers, but also many regulars who know find the rare pearl with excellent homemade cuisine, more than generous portions, unbeatable value for money, and all served with a smile by a manager and waitresses who are friendly, polite, and devilishly efficient, even at lunch time. “hot stroke” from lunch. The setting is very simple, without fuss, the menu is short and efficient: 3 starters, 3 main courses and numerous desserts. The Portuguese cassoulet was a delight which brought back holiday memories and the homemade dessert, a real treat that I advise you to try if you have the good idea to stop at this Caravelle. A complete meal with a large bottle of sparkling wine, a quarter of wine and coffee for less than 16 euros, it deserves 5 stars and the furious desire to come back soon on my next visit to Ormesson!

15/04/2024: It was so much like a Spanish restaurant that I had the illusion many times during the meal that I was actually in Spain. We recommend the tapas platter and the Spanish ham platter! They also have a kids menu and provide high chairs for children.
