Because really, let's start at the beginning, when I see certain behavior of "customers", I still wonder how the staff manages to keep calm. The boss "Charlie" is a real talent, a real owner who has been with him for over 30 years and who knows the business. It's his restaurant, not yours, and makes it clear to you if you don't respect the codes of politeness, good manners, or respect. What's abnormal? The boss and the waitresses, war machines, in the kitchen, in the dining room, at the bar, they don't have the time to tell you about their lives or to listen to yours. Their concern is to serve you quickly and well! I have been frequenting this restaurant for several years from time to time. No fuss, Starters: simple and fresh Dishes: that of the day with Portuguese specialties and served Portuguese style (good quantity) or others a la carte Dessert: your choice and homemade! Café Delta and not Richard twists guts...so we have a second one. And if you are cool, and used to it, he offers you the little drop ;) And the ultra reasonable bill for quality and quantity. No, nothing to say... In reality, we feel good there, it's very clean, we can eat quickly there, or linger with friends, and we have the impression that everyone knows each other, it's holy and not catchy. tourist ! Afterwards, if you are looking for gourmet, chic, or licking...change direction thank you and don't change anything the caçador!!!

22/09/2024: Terrible for a Sunday lunch!! Unprofessional staff are not attentive, things were forgotten, the plate was cold and not good, too much waiting! I'm disgusted, I've known this restaurant for several years and I've never seen this!!

27/06/2024: Déçu du service d'ailleurs on attend toujours nos coca cola pour le repas. A 3 personnes on a du partager 1 morceau de pain. Des plat servit avec de chips 🤣. On a demander du coup des frites et celle ci été blanches. Ce n'est plus ce que c'était.

27/08/2024: Absolutely fantastic, it’s so good. The fries are to die for. The meat salads and burgers are amazing, I recommend 2000%. Kisses to the team.

22/08/2024: Terrible service. We made a reservation the day before for 10 people arriving on site at 12:30 p.m., served drinks at 1:10 p.m. (the cans of coke took longer to arrive than the beer 🤷‍♂️) I took the order for my own tables to help the waiter and not spend too much time in the restaurant (1 hour break to eat, we were aware of being a little late). Several customers came in the meantime and were all served before us despite the reservation and the fact that the order was given when the drinks arrived. At 2 p.m. we are told that the order has been sent but still nothing has been served... advice if there are more than 4 of you avoid this address for a meal with schedules to respect.

23/09/2024: Good restaurant I went there for lunch on September 22 at PEDRA ALTA.Pontau Combault with my wife and my daughter we had ordered seafood there was too much and we asked if we could take the leftovers because there was a crab left , prawns, mussels, lobster and when we got home we realized that what they gave did not correspond to what we had left it was just good for the trash if that's ours. have re-served again and to us it's the trash of others that they gave us that's why I won't go back there again and above all I wouldn't recommend it they didn't even bother to answer the phone it's is not serious 👎👎👎👎

01/09/2024: Cozy family run restaurant with good Portuguese home style food and excellent service by the staff. Arrived at 5 for drinks ended up staying for dinner, kitchen opens at 19:00. Will definitely return on my next trip to Paris

12/08/2024: Outside the crowded tourist center, a pleasant shaded terrace which allows you to relax peacefully. Kind staff and hearty, family-style cuisine. I don't think I've ever found such good value for money. A feeling of a neighborhood bar that we liked. A very accommodating kitchen, there was even more!

09/03/2024: Great culinary experience in this historic restaurant in Evry Courcouronnes. I haven't been back since 2003 (in the meantime the chef has changed). We were received by a warm welcome and appetizers fresh from the oven. The chef later came to meet us to present the menu. We opt for the homemade foie gras and its chutney, the sweetbreads and the blanquette of lotte vielle France. Generous portion, fresh and quality products. For dessert, the floating island was delicious. All the ingredients for a pleasant time at the table. We feel that chef Thierry is passionate. He transmits his love of cooking to us through his beautiful plates. We had a pleasant time: thank you to the restaurant Le Canal: faultless from start to finish. Very good continuation and see you soon.
