14/09/2026: With each visit to L’Impulsif, I notice a genuine evolution. The amuse-bouches become more surprising, and the cuisine is gradually asserting its identity. Serving the signature dish right from the start is a risky move: it immediately sets the bar very high, but the sake pairing perfectly complements this opening course. The lobster, delicately spiced, offers a beautiful balance. The monkfish then awakens the taste buds with plenty of character and a delightful boldness. The sweetbreads with plum are also very successful, even if they still lack that little something extra to fully evoke the expected emotion. The pairing of cheese and port is exceptional and constitutes one of the highlights of the meal. The dessert perfectly concludes the experience, extended with a touch of indulgence by a ratafia. L’Impulsif is a restaurant that progresses, experiments, and takes more risks with each visit. This evolution genuinely makes me want to return.

20/09/2026: A very pleasant place! Ideal for children who can be entertained during what might seem like a long meal for them. It's a shame that the three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) doesn't include cheese. Otherwise, the restaurant is very accommodating for birthday parties.
