21/08/2024: Really bad, we clearly have the impression of bothering the people who work there. The food really disgusting and not fresh. The salad was soggy, the chicken wings were almost out of date and according to the waitress, the bacon was not “grilled” because they had been poached in oil. The truffade full of oil and with sponge straw in it. Really don't go there, it's disgusting and super expensive.

25/11/2024: Really at the top! I am very delighted with this restaurant, I ordered a veal kebab in white sauce with fries and it was super good! It was generous in meat, raw vegetables, sauce. The portion was perfect for me although I would have added more fries. The service was fast and efficient not to mention the friendliness of the staff. The price remains quite expensive but it's worth it (10€ without drink). I highly recommend.

14/09/2024: We regularly visit this restaurant with friends, colleagues or family, and it is always a real pleasure to be there. The establishment has a particularly attractive and warm atmosphere, which makes it an ideal place for any type of meeting. Additionally, the restaurant is well located — in an accessible location, not far from public transportation stops, making access much easier for many customers. In the past, everything in this restaurant was impeccable: the quality of the dishes, their presentation and the service always met our expectations. However, recently we have noticed some changes that concern us, and we would like to respectfully bring these to your attention. First of all, the presentation of drinks and dishes has become less neat. For example, juices, which were once served perfectly chilled, are now often lukewarm, detracting from the experience. Similarly, Pepsi is served with less gas, which alters its taste. As for the dishes, their presentation, once neat and appetizing, has unfortunately lost its refinement. We also noticed a reduction in the portion of fries: even when ordering a large portion, we now receive less than before, which is disconcerting. Additionally, on particularly hot days in summer, it can be quite stuffy inside the restaurant, which creates a less pleasant atmosphere and makes the experience less enjoyable. An improvement in air conditioning or ventilation would certainly be appreciated to improve customer comfort. We would like to express our deep respect for your establishment, where we have always appreciated the quality of the service and dishes. However, we hope that these observations will be taken into account in order to restore the level of excellence that has made the reputation of this restaurant. We are confident that with these small adjustments, your establishment will remain a pleasant and welcoming place where we will always be happy to return.

24/01/2025: It’s okay for the price! On the other hand, it takes longer to get fries, the toilets are dirty,… in short, ok for eating quickly and hot only.

23/01/2025: Place to eat rather nice and clean. We stopped there one evening so as not to have to look for a restaurant. No hassle and there’s something for everyone.

17/09/2024: I've never had any problems in the store. On the other hand, I ordered through click and collect and I admit to being very disappointed. My order was ready from 1 p.m., I go there at 2 p.m. I follow the explanations received by SMS, and head towards the glass door as indicated. A young man scans my QR code and in 2 seconds tells me this cart he rolls it to me. “When you are finished, you can rest it there.” I ask him if I will be able to carry it, I am accompanied by my mother. “Yes no problem” The package measures approximately 1m20 and weighs approximately 25kg. No grip on the package so it's a bit of a hassle for our 2 small guys. Having shoulder problems, I go back for help I explain my problems and point out that we can't get him off the cart. And to my astonishment, he replies: I'm not here for the loading! I insist and he tells me, without even looking at me, that he can call his colleagues but that at this time there is no one there. SO?!.... It took us almost 20 minutes to struggle with this package while 3 employees took their break next to us, observing us. In short, no comments. Despite everything, with hindsight, I looked at their website and in fact it is clearly indicated "that agents are not authorized to load". You have to know, so I will only order when my husband or my son are available 😉

The sandwiches are well prepared, the ingredients are fresh, and the place is clean. Special mention to Kelly who is always very professional and attentive. A real pleasure to come back every time. 18/12/2024: I went there with my girlfriend and although we were (coldly) welcomed, no one, and I mean no one, came to see us to take our order, despite more than an hour waiting. Our clothing style being a bit bohemian, I suspect a slight facial appearance, which is quite simply a shame. Too bad, they lost two potential customers, and gained a bad review, but I guess the boss(es) doesn't care, since the money comes in anyway. Easy, when you're in such a good position, but that doesn't mean you don't have to do your job correctly. To avoid if you wear harem pants, therefore, or if you want to be well received and eat well, if other comments are to be believed...

On the other hand, big downside on the contents of the plate: bland, uninteresting cuisine. Perhaps a selection of à la carte dishes is more sensible :)

31/08/2024: Very good presentation and warm welcome. I find the prices a little expensive for 6 small tapas. There was a lack of salt, there were 3 of us and we made the same observation on other dishes. As for the flavors, I didn't notice the announced truffle taste. You need to do some more taste research I think. Sorry for this somewhat harsh rating but I think you will be able to correct yourself.
