09/10/2025: We spent the night of October 8, 2025, at the Benat Hotel in Anglet. A wonderful welcome from the owner, who waited for us even though it was supposed to be closing. The room is small but spotlessly clean, with a small but adequate bathroom, a TV, and a super comfortable bed. The toilet is on the landing, except for a small downside, but for one night, it's not a big deal. A nice and pleasant breakfast. What can I say? A pleasant break in a beautiful location with a super friendly and pleasant owner. Géraldine and Fred from Fleurance, Gers.

26/09/2025: Beautiful establishment, excellent owner, very business-oriented, helpful, always with a kind word. Very clean room and business, good food and breakfast. Excellent value for money, highly recommend.👍

01/10/2026: Great spot for surfing and for a coffee overlooking the sea.

30/09/2026: The Caesar salad was very generous and quite good (minor drawback: no cherry tomatoes). The portion of croquettes was relatively small for the price (€10 for 6). There was a rather long wait for dessert orders and for the dessert itself to be served. The menu was limited.

30/01/2026: Disappointing. Barely friendly welcome. Very basic dishes. Dessert worthy of a supermarket. I do not recommend it.

21/12/2025: We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Patxi's! It was pouring rain, but the warm atmosphere of the restaurant made us forget the bad weather. The servers were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was varied and of high quality. We will gladly return.

18/08/2026: They have gluten-free options, and a wide variety of breads. It's worth going to try.

28/07/2026: Excellent organic and handcrafted breads, a good selection of gluten-free breads that are hard to find everywhere. Very good savory items too, and considering the quality, not very expensive. I can't comment on the sweets, as I haven't tried them. The downsides... the opening hours and the products available to order! It's not possible to go in the early afternoon and they close at 7 pm. If you go too late, the selection is extremely limited, and the products available to order are far too restricted, which is a real shame. But the quality is truly top-notch.

02/09/2026: Delicious! I'm a regular at this restaurant, which is my favorite on the Basque coast. I just had another fantastic meal. The fries were amazing and the meat was exceptional... 06/09/2026: We come here regularly for a delicious xuleta, always excellent and very well prepared. The homemade foie gras is very tasty. We are never disappointed. The owners are always very attentive. Don't change a thing...well done!

20/08/2026: Terrible, they don't update the opening hours online even though they're closed, very poor service

21/08/2026: Unpleasant staff, slow service; we waited 45 minutes for tapas but still had to go over to ask about our order. Prices are high. The only positive point is the setting.

20/08/2026: I'm only judging the location and the drinks. A place suspended in time at sunset, superb atmosphere. Unfortunately, a victim of its own success, our food order was blocked because they couldn't keep up. And no table service, only takeout. A shame, but still a pleasure.

22/08/2026: Nice little pub, always a pleasure to win at poker there and drink the best Bête Rouge beer 🤪 The evening tapas are fantastic, especially the roasted Camembert! Friendly staff, always open to conversation

08/09/2026: A charming and nicely decorated hotel, but ridiculously small, with a bed that was only 140 cm wide. No air conditioning, just a fan. We slept with the windows open to get some fresh air, but the infernal traffic noise was unbearable! Three exhausting nights. No welcome on arrival or departure, no human warmth whatsoever—what a shame for a neighborhood hotel that should project a different image. The price is completely inadequate for the non-existent services. The TV broke down on the second night, the macerator toilet was noisy, and the floors and desk were dirty, greasy, and sticky. Breakfast prices are exorbitant! In short, if you're looking for rest, comfort, and warmth, look elsewhere.

08/09/2026: Good service. Responsive and friendly staff. Just the noisy neighbor's sound system. Personal note: A warm welcome is always appreciated upon arrival, but that's just my personal opinion.

11/09/2026: The daily menu, featuring home-style cooking, offers excellent value for money. The terrace, although it borders the road, is pleasant and well-concealed by its potted olive trees.

06/09/2026: We waited an hour and a half for our pizzas, then the owner reacted inappropriately, yelling at his waitress in front of us and not even offering us a discount! Zero management skills and zero customer service. Our evening was ruined! It's a shame, we used to like this pizzeria.

28/08/2026: Friday, August 28, 2:20 PM: A young blonde woman left the pallet jack in the middle of the road and got annoyed when she had to move it. She then refused to deliver our order without even saying a word. Thank you to your colleague for taking over and apologizing for the delay. I understand that people can have their ups and downs, but you don't treat people like that.

12/08/2026: The wait takes place in the shade, which is a significant advantage during the summer months.

27/09/2026: What a shame, we found a hair in our food. Since the cook has long hair, a hairnet would definitely be preferable to avoid this kind of problem.

07/09/2026: The food is good, but the service can sometimes be a bit lacking. You can easily get the feeling you're forgotten between customers, which is a shame because the food is good. With slightly more attentive service, it would be truly excellent.

27/09/2026: Everything is very good, pizza and burgers.

22/09/2026: Great place, very good food, reasonable prices. I love going there, the staff and management are top-notch. You can go without hesitation; you'll find plenty of choice and something to enjoy.

29/11/2025: A very pleasant welcome and the staff were very attentive to the customers on the day of our visit. The food was very good and plentiful.
