22/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! The servers were unpleasant, not even a hello. We came on Sunday, July 19th – an experience to forget! We were asked to leave our table by a waitress for no reason. At the bar, we ordered drinks and an appetizer platter, and the waiter supposedly didn't have time to serve us. They were €3 short of the change. I understand that the rush can be intense, but rudeness and disrespect have no place in this kind of establishment. The seasonal workers think they can get away with anything. After the match, they cut it short because only the Spanish fans were left. They kicked us out of the bar because they were closing, which I understood at the time, except that nobody was leaving, and the French were allowed to stay and order. The waiters saw us with our Spanish jerseys and flags and told us to leave quickly. I think they haven't gotten over the defeat against Spain, but if management sees this, it's a fact: a very bad experience. Don't go there! Apart from that, the products are of fairly good quality, but the staff is awful! Insulting people based on where they come from in 2026... I think we have other battles to fight than in France.

14/07/2026: We ate there as a party of four on Sunday, July 12th: two burgers and two baby squid. The service started with a hair on one of the burgers. We pointed it out to the waiter, who was very kind and changed the plate. However, the two people who ate the baby squid ended up with severe food poisoning. Avoid this place; I think there's a serious hygiene problem.

07/08/2026: The owner is a wonderful person and the beer was delicious; I've never tasted beer that tasted like cherries before. 100% recommended.

30/01/2026: Disappointing. Barely friendly welcome. Very basic dishes. Dessert worthy of a supermarket. I do not recommend it.

21/12/2025: We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Patxi's! It was pouring rain, but the warm atmosphere of the restaurant made us forget the bad weather. The servers were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was varied and of high quality. We will gladly return.

21/07/2026: There is a very beautiful view of the sea at sunset, but we had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food. THIS IS WAY TOO LONG AND NOT OKAY; people who came after us got their food earlier… because of this, we had a very bad experience.

29/07/2026: The waitress's friendliness needs improvement; she was unfriendly and didn't smile much. The pizza was burnt, and the ingredients were just thrown on top. The ingredients were frozen, and the tomato paste was straight from a can. Very disappointed, considering the pizzeria's popularity.

27/07/2026: We had a very good meal last night and received a very warm welcome. Pierre is truly the best pizza maker in Anglet. I'm also writing to correct a negative review posted by my best friend some time ago, which I hope he'll remove since he also enjoyed his meal yesterday.

20/11/2025: I'm giving one star for the staff's smiles. To begin with, there was no heating; we were told it would warm up with the crowds. No Beaujolais Nouveau was offered on its release day. There was no choice of menu; it was a set menu for workers, even though the website makes no mention of this and there's a nice menu with good ingredients. We managed to get the duck breast with honey sauce listed on the menu, but it didn't have the sauce. According to them, we should have specified when ordering that we wanted it. Apparently, according to the owner, this restaurant will close and reopen in January. It's best to wait for the reopening before going.

19/10/2025: A truly delightful experience, from the setting and the warm welcome to the delicious food – excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they gave my little dog an exceptional welcome. Being from the area, I hadn't been before, but now I'm definitely going back. Thank you so much.

12/08/2026: I booked a room at the last minute for 200 euros a night. The bed was only 140 cm wide and the mattress was hard, the room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase between the walls and the bed. It was clean, but horribly expensive for what you get. 60 euros is a steal for a room like this.

07/08/2026: The room was very small, the bathroom had no door and the sink was broken; it's nothing like the photos show.

02/08/2026: The food was simple and good, but I was very surprised by the service, which left much to be desired: long waits, disregard for customer requests. Very unpleasant, and the waiter offered no apology other than demanding payment of the bill! As a resident of Anglet, this was very disappointing!

22/07/2026: The app, while overly secure and zealous, is REALLY a pain to use: it forces you to change your password far too often, which systematically erases your payment information. Are there any planned improvements to address this?

13/07/2026: We've been customers for over 5 years. There are a few stock shortages on Mondays, but otherwise it's great.

30/07/2026: I ordered a foie gras delight... I ended up with a tomato base pizza, without mushrooms, without onion and without foie gras... A bit shameful, really!

27/07/2026: It was okay, but nothing to write home about. It was very slow, and the hygiene was questionable: seeing an employee fill sauce containers with their fingers, without gloves, then go serve customers and redo the cooking... it's not very hygienic.

05/12/2025: This restaurant has been permanently closed since mid-November 2025.

29/11/2025: A very pleasant welcome and the staff were very attentive to the customers on the day of our visit. The food was very good and plentiful.
