She still told us “go park somewhere else to eat chintoc”. Not only is this racist, it is also extremely inappropriate! It is extremely unpleasant to behave like this. She was insulting and extremely unpleasant. Having already had lunch in this brasserie, it's over! What bad publicity! And what a lack of professionalism! Absolutely not commercial! Not: To answer the “trader”, this is absolutely false! I absolutely did not call you a “fat cunt”. In any case, I am sure that it is you who is answering because it is the same bad time! Offered two places ????? One was a pedestrian crossing and the other square had a metal bollard stipulating that parking was prohibited there. Sorry Madam but yes, the term “chintoc” is racist. You appropriated half of the parking lot that evening, including spaces that did not belong to you. I think it was therefore exaggerated on your part to bother us for places in the only area that you left “free”. It doesn't matter, it's over, I'll never set foot in your house again, which is a shame because the manager is very friendly!

12/09/2024: Lugar muy ruidoso , mal insonorizado . solo se puede mantener una conversación con la persona más cerana . Brunch muy justito . un buffet de hotel mediano tirando a bajo . No vale los 35 € . En cuanto a servicio , casi desaparecido .Ni se toman la molestia de sacar los platos sucios de las mesas . En el brunch solo entra una bebida caliente ... lo que es muy sorprendente para un Brunch . No aconsejable .

Aperitifs served at the same time as the main courses… “Crunchy” fries (overcooked), No water at the table, two different meats (beef and duck) served in the same dish… (?) When you made the remark to the person who takes care of you, the only response was to avoid speaking to them like that….. It would be wise to clarify, I think that the concept is as soon as it sits, as soon as it goes. No matter the quality…… In short, disappointing

02/09/2024: The hotel is very well located. On the other hand, it is shabby. Our room did not lock on several occasions. We realized this when we left the room and checked that no one could enter. The first time we were given a handle (?!!) to open it ourselves while it was repaired the next day. The 2nd time they really fixed the problem. In itself it's not extremely serious, it's just not very reassuring to know that anyone can enter your room. The room itself… very damp, broken shutter (impossible to close), and certain broken or damaged elements (handles, etc.). Will I go back? Perhaps, the hotel is very well located between the forest and the beach, you can do everything on foot. But I wouldn't particularly recommend this hotel if you find something else nearby.

13/08/2024: Passing through the area for the holidays, we dined there on Sunday evening, clean restaurant, friendly and efficient servers, consistent dishes. Very pleasant experience. THANKS.

12/08/2024: A pizza topped with blue/black chicken as well as ham mainly composed of fat, add to that gnocchi with the same chicken and a bland sauce. Obviously we didn't eat anything. Waited 25 minutes for a server to deign to come see us. I tell him about our mishap. This one tells me that all Del Arte recipes are like this (so the same everywhere in France at least) and that he himself would not have chosen this pizza. Add to that a huge lack of understanding by making me understand that too bad if I don't like it, the other customers do. Obviously it wasn't our first time at Del Arte, and so I informed him of this and replied: "Isn't this the first time you've come here? (That of Anglet)” aren’t the recipes all the same everywhere, sir? Thank you for the doggy bag, my dog ​​will be delighted with it (at least I hope he will digest it). Bottom line, no goodwill, just poor customer service.

05/08/2024: Why bother going to the seaside to pay more and eat a steak with a seafood flavor or prawns as big as shrimp. Go expensive after beach, grab the pasta or a pizza. They're the best in the region! And then the boss is nice. Simple and efficient
