24/04/2026: The owner is as welcoming as ever, the restaurant is friendly, and during my break I feel like I'm on vacation thanks to the lovely terrace. 😎 Pizza to choose from, or other dishes 👍

30/03/2026: The restaurant La Belle Époque welcomed us this afternoon, March 30th, after a funeral service held at the nearby funeral home, to share a drink with family and friends. We were very pleased with both the warm welcome we received and the refreshments that followed. A big thank you to the owners for their kindness and attentiveness. We will return to La Belle Époque as soon as possible to enjoy the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Michel Moulin and all those who accompanied us.

22/10/2025: Opening hours are incorrect, today wednesday 20:00 it was closed.

09/05/2026: I don't recommend it. The meat wasn't good, too fatty, too salty, and the bread wasn't fresh! The prices keep going up, the quality keeps going down... Avoid it!

04/05/2026: I wanted to share some uninteresting lahmacun with my friends who weren't familiar with this Turkish dish, and I regretted it.

23/05/2026: I'll come tomorrow when they open, and you'll refund my meal! There's a huge problem, a serious doubt about the cold storage system. A kebab that costs 12 euros is swimming in a liter of oil. I'm starting to feel sick, it's unacceptable. I wrote to the city of Lyon asking why there isn't a hygiene inspection. It's unacceptable.

11/06/2026: Due to the rail strike, my train was cancelled, and I cancelled my reservation. Having prepaid, the fare conditions do not provide for a refund. I contacted the hotel by email to reschedule, but without success, as my cancellation was made too late. Since SNCF only notifies its customers 48 hours before departure, it's difficult to anticipate a cancellation! My scheduled business meeting has been postponed until early July, so I will avoid booking a room in an Accor hotel. I am also considering cancelling a pending reservation for Paris for July 2nd and 3rd. At over €200 per night, I was hoping for some kind of compensation from the Accor group; oh well!

11/06/2026: Quality budget hotel where everything essential works. Not the wifi which is miserable. Almost enough hangers, hooks and shelves. The shower hanger could be better. Thanks for the good breakfast. Perhaps worth noting that there are two Ibis Part-Dieu hotels in Lyon. We went first to the wrong one. Both are within walking distance from the Part-Dieu railway station.

20/05/2026: You pay 72 cents more for the book or toy in the Happy Meal, and then you get nothing!

19/05/2026: Brice, the best employee, gave us a very warm welcome, and the problems were solved instantly, including the lemon in the sparkling water.

19/05/2026: During my stay at this establishment, I received a very poor welcome, did not appreciate the verbal comments, and the staff's behavior needs to be reviewed.

13/05/2026: He didn't even say hello when he arrived, he didn't understand a word of French and I got food poisoning... half-cooked fries but not only that... raw meat.
