An excellent glass of white Macon-Loché wine perfectly complemented this very tasty and generous meal!
I highly recommend this establishment before the prices catch up with the competition 😉

18/08/2026: Passing through Mâcon, we discovered this restaurant by chance. The food is excellent, the prices very reasonable, and the service top-notch. So we had dinner there and lunch the next day. At lunchtime, for 17 euros you get a complete meal with homemade dishes. A wonderful find!

31/08/2026: While the place is very well-maintained and the food is quite good, the wait between ordering and receiving the food is interminable. The various dining areas are so crowded that the resulting noise is very disruptive.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.
We also appreciated the chef's visits to each table.

The dishes were delicious, the wine we chose was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Dishes can be adapted for allergens since everything is homemade. Great atmosphere! We had a wonderful time.

Both dishes had the impression of being frozen, like those from the supermarket, and cooked in the oven (the pizza) or in the microwave (the fish).
The pizza, perfectly round in shape, had a thin, flavorless crust, as did the tomato sauce and cheese, considering they are the main ingredients of pizza.
The fish, grayish on the inside rather than white, was slimy and flavorless, and had the classic consistency of something defrosted in the microwave and then undercooked.
I'm sorry to say it, but this dinner was one of the worst my wife and I have ever had, far from the standards of even "tourist" restaurants, where the quality of the food, as we all know, isn't often the reason people go there.

30/07/2026: We had lunch at this supposedly amazing restaurant. The pizza was frozen, very low quality, soaked in a greasy substance with an indefinable taste—inedible. The Caesar salad tasted like fish; the salad was either "wilted" by a dressing that was too early or had clearly been sitting in the fridge for quite some time.
Good people, stay away!
