30/09/2024: This is not an American diner is any respect other than decor. Service is atrocious. Food is atrocious. Atmosphere is loud to the point of being distracting. Daughters burger served up with special sauce even though asked for it not to be then when she bit into it she was eating raw meat. She was violently sick later that night back in hotel. When we pointed out burger to waitress, she agreed it was raw, shrugged shoulders and walked off. Avoid this place at all costs its horrendous

30/09/2024: i visited disneyland paris for my birthday. it was amazing and very magical except for when it was extremely let down after a visit to “annetes diner”- a so-called american diner with decor to suggest a 1950s american restaurant. there was a bitter and spicy sauce that was undisclosed on all food products. later i found out it is their ‘famous sauce.’. when i received my burger, it looked good but i discovered this sauce on the bottom. it was vile and we sent the dish back to have a patty- which was drenched in this vinegary sauce- remade without the sauce added. when i was eating the new patty- i discovered it was extremely bright pink and looked extremely raw, undercooked and unsafe to eat. i compared the two patty colours and as one was brown, the other was beaming pink. i expressed my concerns to the waiter about the unhealthy colour of the burger and the lukewarm taste. the waitress said okay, took the meal back and left us without an apology/ explanation. i finished the meal and we went back to our hotel. however, i awoke in the early hours of the morning projectile vomiting. my parents had to fetch new bedding from reception as the brown vomit covered the whole double bed. that was the most sick i have ever seen or produced. this happened several times and left me with severe tummy cramps, a queasy nausea feeling that lingered and a bad mood for my final day of disney. i felt my day was ruined as i couldn’t eat a lot without feeling like i would relapse. i would not recommend this diner to anyone that would not like the meal to later come up when you are vomiting.

25/09/2024: The restaurant is quite large with a good atmosphere, they had music, the food was varied but tasteless, we did not eat well, the desserts were very nice but tasteless, we will not return.

11/09/2024: Very nice buffet. The food was delicious and the staff very pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended after a nice day in either Disney park, as it is situated in the Disney Village :-)

08/09/2024: Thank you Cyril, a top team member who knows his work, the products and good advice but who is also smiling, polite and friendly! He is there for the customers and it shows, people like we would like to have more of in the business! Thanks to him!!!

04/09/2024: On arrival there were two lovely boys who served my boyfriend and I some freebies which was lovely, if only they served us inside! The young boy taking my order, not much older than myself couldn't even greet us with a smile. He was very very condescending and then seemed he was a lot more friendly of those who spoke full french. I saw him interact with another woman who was english and I saw he gave her the same attitude an experience. He rushed us and turned to my boyfriend and said "is that all" in a manor in which i was shocked. If you want to work in customer service, especially a tourist spot then you have to be prepared to deal with tourists and not give them cheek, especially when they are not disrespecting you. The lady who gave us our order when it was prepared was so lovely and gave us a smile and said thank you. I appreciate that she is a gem! But yeah the young boy really just ruined my mood and experience as I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome by his tone and mannerisms. Coffee was beautiful :)

07/09/2024: We decided to eat at this restaurant one evening. One of the best fast food restaurants in Disneyland. The food was good as well as the cheddar nachos and the chicken mouths with laughing cow sauce. The only negative point is that this restaurant does not offer a menu like the others.

20/09/2024: Good food, place is quite in the evening.

19/09/2024: It remains a fast food, the quantities could be improved. On the other hand, the frame is very beautiful.

16/09/2024: Despite the fact that this is Disneyland restaurant food was super below average here. The starters were cold, like they were batch prepared and taken out of fridge just few second before they arrived on table. The steak was lacking any spices and fries were the most super market fires I have ever had. Server spoke no English and she also haven’t showed any hospitality. I recommend visiting only if you are big Ratatouille fan for the atmosphere and amazingly decorated restaurant, but consider whenever you want to spend 80+€ for bellow average food with no spices.

15/09/2024: As in the rest of the park: It's not worth the price, and even less the difficulty in reserving a table. Go eat elsewhere.

22/09/2024: Breakfast package at a reasonable price. Very good pastries. Top notch service. Friendly staff.

18/09/2024: Great fishnchips 👍! Classic Mickey peperonni pizza like those in other restaurants, Efficient staff. Arrived by chance, delighted with our choice while waiting for our train.

18/07/2024: The best Kebab 🥙 I have ever eaten. The staff is super nice, helpful and very attentive. Fresh product, very good value for money

04/09/2024: Nous sommes venus le 27 août 2024. Nous avons mangé un croque monsieur à la dinde. Les croques monsieur sont généreux, je n'avais plus faim après. Par contre, ils sont assez gras, sûrement à cause du fromage gratiné au dessus ! 😋 Je recommande ! 🥪

11/08/2024: There were supposed to be gluten-free products and nothing on the gluten-free menu.... disappointed

02/10/2024: Strange system: You have to order directly at the door and get a receipt for it. You will then be led to a table. Nothing happens for 15 minutes. Then someone comes and gets the receipts. Even though the lady was very friendly, you get the feeling that the "system" doesn't work properly. The food was ok - nothing more and very overpriced for the price, even in Disneyland. :(

02/10/2024: Waiting nearly 20 minutes just for someone to take our ticket. 3 couples given drinks and food who came in after us. Absolute joke.

21/08/2024: Brilliant castmembers, I asked them if I could put a candle on my son's pastry, they accepted and 4 of them arrived singing, it was a very nice initiative! As usual, not at all disappointed with the pastries which are as pretty as they are good, their iced tea is really delicious and the decor is very friendly and calm, it's good for a break.

11/09/2024: Ambiance agréable, cependant, la qualité et la quantité n'y est absolument pas... 70€ pour 5 personnes (3 adultes et 2 enfants)... Bien trop cher pour ce qu'il y a et pour la qualité... Des steaks hachés secs, 30 mn d'attente pour un cheeseburger sans tomate sans salade.... Nuggets enfant plus petit qu'à Mcdo pour 9€ le menu enfant .... Devenu trop cher pour la qualité... En plus, le repas nous est rester sur l'estomac toute l'après midi...

10/09/2024: We came yesterday afternoon and were very, very disappointed with the quality of the cuisine... The environment, the room, nothing to complain about. However, paying 70€ for 5 people (3 adults and 2 children), to have a cheeseburger with a dry minced steak, waiting 30 minutes to have a cheeseburger without tomato without salad I find that derogatory. The price is far too excessive for the quality and quantity served... We didn't even have paper napkins... I don't recommend it at all...
