04/05/2026: I came to eat with my friends, not knowing that drinks were included. I ordered water, and they told me it was included in the price. I asked to change my drink, and they huffed and puffed... not pleasant, lol. Later, I wanted to pay with restaurant vouchers, and they told me I was being a pain in the neck, super welcoming... but apparently, "it doesn't work in the village" (it happened at all the restaurants: Rosalie, Royal Pub, etc.). They spoke to me rudely and condescendingly. Otherwise, the buffet is very good, but some of the staff need to be re-evaluated.

03/05/2026: I'm hesitant and agree with several other comments already posted. Considering the price, the buffet (starter, main course, dessert) offers a good variety of choices (even if it quickly deviates from Tex-Mex). Plates are systematically replaced as soon as you finish, which is annoying. Refilling a plate doesn't require a new one. I had a stomach ache immediately after leaving the restaurant, so I can attribute that to the food. It remains partially warm, however, it's unclear how long it's been under the heat lamps. A special mention for the gratin dauphinois, which I found very good. I don't recommend this restaurant; you'll find other options in the park or at Disney Village.

16/05/2026: I wasn't expecting anything, and yet I was disappointed. The burrito was cold. The fries were soggy. The dessert was mass-produced and completely compact. Honestly, I don't understand how they can serve that. Okay, at that price, you don't expect fine dining, but this was practically inedible. You have to swarm around like vultures to get a table. It's a real waste of money and resources. €50 for two people, straight in the bin. As for the decor, we were expecting a few more nods to the film. Instead, we assumed it was "Coco" because it said so on the door… After the long queue to be served, the waitress wished us a nice day, and that was probably the only positive thing about our visit…

15/05/2026: Absolutely terrible organization! It's incredibly crowded, and only one ticket booth is open—it's ridiculous. We've already waited over an hour for the attractions, and even for food we're penalized… a one-hour wait… Unbelievable, I've never seen anything like it. You need to completely overhaul your organization; it's a disaster.

05/06/2026: Amazing atmosphere!! The staff were so friendly even though we didn't speak the same language!!! And their smoothies, tea, and sweets were wonderful!!! I've attached photos!! They say it all!!!

18/05/2026: It's impossible to customize a burger like before since April 2026, even with allergies and even with the veggie burger, which is possible at other food outlets in the park! They only offer an allergy-free menu, which is really bad. It's unacceptable considering the price of over €20 for a meal; they should at least make an exception for disabled customers with allergies. There's no priority for disabled customers. They only offer the ordering kiosk, and then if you pay in cash, you have to go back to the non-priority line and then wait again to get your order… In total, almost 40 minutes of waiting to get your order—horrible! The burgers are basic quality with little sauce and are therefore dry. I recommend them, but not this particular food outlet. Nuggets aren't offered as part of a meal deal, even though they are available as part of a meal deal at Adventure World—truly surprising. There are no tables adapted for disabled people, but fortunately, all levels are accessible thanks to two ramps.

12/05/2026: The dish was absolute rubbish and far too expensive for what it was. The food was catastrophic, truly catastrophic.

01/06/2026: I waited an hour and a half only to find the McDonald's staff incredibly rude and unpleasant! There are so many things they need to improve, including the quality of the food. I absolutely do not recommend it! A complete flop!

01/06/2026: This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the location and the prices charged at Disney Village. The restaurant was visibly understaffed on the customer-facing side, yet several employees could be seen gathered in the back chatting while customers waited. There was no visible management presence and the whole operation felt disorganized. The dining area was not being maintained properly. Tables were dirty, covered with food debris, insects and litter left behind by previous guests. Finding a clean place to sit was difficult. The lack of table service would not have been an issue if the collection process had been efficient, but it was not. We waited around 15 minutes at the counter simply to receive our order, despite a relatively modest number of customers. The food itself was equally disappointing. The burgers looked nothing like the promotional images: badly assembled, squashed, unappetizing and carelessly presented. Some of the serving dishes were also dirty, which raises obvious concerns about attention to detail and cleanliness. At these prices, and for a company that presents itself as a restaurant rather than a simple fast-food outlet, the standards should be significantly higher. Disney Village welcomes guests from all over the world and this location should reflect that level of expectation. Unfortunately, this visit felt poorly managed from start to finish.
